Kendra Leigh fell in love with words and reading as a young child. She was at her happiest when Enid Blyton whisked her away up into the magical lands at the top of the Faraway Tree with Moon-face and the rest of the gang.

Now, of course, she has more of a fondness for chocolate, cheese and hot men in suits – not necessarily in that order.

Kendra devotes her life to her devilishly handsome partner, scandalously beautiful daughter and cute as hell Shih-Tzu. She believes in love at first sight, and as well as writing and reading, Kendra has a passion for great movies and brilliantly written TV.

She enjoys writing emotional romantic suspense stories with strong female leads and men that will go to any lengths to fight for the women they fall for. Her books have a perfect blend of darkness and light.

Oh my goodness this one Roller-coaster of a journey, I love this series HARD I mean there is everything you would need in a story that has you panting and wanting your hubby/BF right next to you in pure erotic deliciousness yet it has a lot of Intrigue and a suspenseful plot that had me guessing and sitting on my edge of the seat in equal measures. I will say though you really need to go into this book knowing nothing so this review will be as Spoiler Free as possible.

So we start pretty much as book one ends where both Ethan and Angel are dealing with their pasts or for Angel she is I suppose still running and hiding from her demons and her nightmares. Therefore she just shuts off so she can live for the now which she does, but she does it in a way where she can be strong for Ethan. Angel is one strong cookie she has a way about her that obviously Ethan fell for he saw the special woman that she is, her feisty mannerisms and at the same time the caring nature that she holds inside not only that but the love that pours out of her that she shares so willingly to the people that will let her in.

photo bound for salvation teaser 1_zpss7xkyks6.jpg

Angel had a past with no love she hasn't had the best upbringing and brought herself up so although she is totally and undoubtedly in love with Ethan and shares herself to the people around them she also wants her father and brothers to at least acknowledge her as her family which is something that she needs to learn to just deal with, with that she lived previously in a place where she knew of no love therefore now she has Ethan in her life she just opens her heart to him maybe slowly to start with (previously in Bound for Hell) but now we've moved on and we quench in a delightful delicious sensual relationship that Love just surrounds them, they love so easily.

Saying all that there are quite a bit of plot twists and a suspenseful feel to the story in this one, I'm not going to delve too much into that because as a reader you need to enjoy this yourself but I will say I felt like I was watching a fast paced film with my own eyes except I got every emotion and feeling from both Ethan and Angel, I got quite emotional through this one, there were secrets to unfold too so I felt a whole lot throughout the story I think because of that I connected to the characters straight away as their feelings and emotions were so raw and real.

 photo 84474C61-789A-481F-B016-6B87A1F63799_zps2fyxebau.jpg

Above all this was a fast paced full length novel that had me gasping for air yet at the same time enjoy the sensual moments that made the core of the story about their love story.

This is book two of a Trilogy but it didn't leave on a cliff hanger just more of looking forward to the last chapter of their journey and closure mainly for Angel and dealing with her Demons now Ethan has done with his.

To be honest, I wasn't sure I was going to continue reading this series but my curiosity got the best of me and I'm so glad it did.

This sequel is full of all kinds of emotional drama and was quite fulfilling and unexpected.

It starts off with things going good between Ethan and Angel. There's a lot of flirting and getting each other jealous...mostly good naturedly. And Ethan's really trying to get Angel past the break in and all that involved.

description

But then a blast from the past shows up and all hell breaks loose. And what a cluster it is...Wow, I so didn't expect that...not even the tip of the iceberg, much less, everything else!

I was a little surprised at how easily things worked out for Angel. I keep expecting something to back fire...maybe in the next book?

The one thing I didn't like was Angel's dreams. Probably part of that is because some things are unresolved...? I guess I'll have to wait and see.

I did enjoy how things worked out and everything that Ethan did for Angel's birthday. Unfortunately, her day doesn't end well and I'm so ready for that "drama" to be taken care of. Ethan, it's your turn to work your magic!
description
The Good Stuff:

Dual Pov's? No, just Angel's.

Steam Factor? (Scale 1 - 5) 4...maybe too many sex scenes? and wow, was Angel forward or what?

Angst? (Scale 1 - 5) 4...it hurt sooo good!

Next book? Bound for Nirvana comes out September 2015.

Re-read ((1/6/2020)

Book 2 in the series was even better than the first. Bound for salvation was packed with so many secrets coming to light, twists and turns and was full of action, passion and love.

Angel and Ethan were blissfully happy until an evil visitor from Ethan’s past came crashing into their life and forced them to slay Ethan’s demons and fight for their happiness.

They were each other’s weakness. But their weakness was also the thing that fortified them, made them resilient and impenetrable.

My heart broke for Angel. I hated her toxic family instantly but in this book, I just wanted to smack them all and leave them dead. Along with Rebecca!!

In this second instalment, Angel was stronger than ever. And Ethan Wilde … Holy hotness!!

There was also a copious amount of sex scenes. It was an explosion of hot primitive delectable pleasure, an inherent raw need for each other, an insatiable hunger. And I enjoyed every single second of their love story.

I'm so excited to start reading the final book in the Bound Trilogy!

This is the second installment in this series, and I must say I liked it even more than the first one. The things that were iffy for me in the first book were resolved in Bound for Salvation, and made it so much more.

Angel, while suffering from her personal demons, is stronger than ever in this book. She doesn't take any crap from Ethan, and although it breaks her heart to do so, she doesn't just sit around and become a doormat. We learn more about Ethan's sketchy past, which, while dramatic, made this book quite hard to put down! And we get to spend more time with Jackson, who is a fabulous character all on his own.

I loved spending more time with Ethan's family; they're impossible not to love. I loved the suspenseful turns it took, and the dramatic reveal of the truth. As much as it hurt, I loved reading about Ethan's anguish and heartbreak, showing us a few cracks in his frequently icy facade. I can't wait to read about Angel tackling her demons in the next installment, and see where this couple is headed. ~ George, 4 stars

“I always said I was bound for Hell-this is my due penance.”

Angel has never felt she was worthy of anything good in her life, until Ethan Wilde showed up. When she is finally able to let her guard down, her world comes crashing down around her destroying everything she had worked toward, everything she dreamed of and everything she never thought she could have. The one man that made her feel whole again would be the one to shatter her world.
There were a lot of moving parts in this story; love, betrayal, loss, lies…the skeletons were flying out of the closet! Ethan destroying Angel’s world pushed her to change, to take the bull by the horns and fight for what was hers. Now that she had a taste of perfection, she was never letting it go.

“We were each others Achilles’ heels. Yet at the same time, I believed our weakness was the thing that fortified us, made us resilient and impenetrable. Together we were an army and a force to be reckoned with.”

The chemistry between Ethan and Angel is off the charts. When these two get together they are bound to set your kindle on fire! They will also break your heart and make you cheer as you ride along the bumpy ride with them. I cannot wait to see where the final installment will take them.
Will their past demons finally be laid to rest?
Will Angel and her family bury the hatchet?
What other secrets need to be revealed?
Will their love survive?

After the seriously hotness of the first book I could not wait for this book. Wholly hell what a ride! Part two is gripping stuff. There is a major twist, and then it twists again!

In book one we had an insight into Angels family life. Things between her and her father do not improve and we see just how nasty he can be. As Angel and Ethan settle into a relationship, demons from Ethan' s past come back to haunt him. Trying to cement their relationship Angel and Ethan decide to tackle their demons head on, starting with Ethan' s.

The twists and turns are amazing, I really can not wait for book three and see Angel facing her demons. I want answers to her strange dreams.

I really enjoy reading about this couple, they are so brave and support and help each other no matter what. Where one fails the other is there to pick them up or fight for them.

I can't wait for book three!

Things between Ethan & Angel are blissful almost too blissful but then it holy hell breaks loose. Ethan hasn't been all that truthful with Angel and now he is paying the price but so is she. When Angel finally comes to her senses and decides she is going to fight for Ethan she ends up put her life at risk but what kind of life does she have without him. Just as everything comes to a head and things become blissful again there's something that is eating at Angel but she can't figure it out. When her family once again destroys her Ethan is left picking up the pieces. A lot of hot juicy steamy sex. The end is good - there's more to be figured out but you will be ok until book 3 comes out.

A really great sequel to Bound For Hell. This is about Angelica and her demons. Past and present. Ethan is there whenever she needs him. He's really her rock in this book. Although he also has some secrets that has to be dealt with. Really enjoyed this great book and the ending was great. Can't wait for the conclusion.

4 STARS! ★★★★

**This review covers the entire trilogy series.**

Let me preface my review by saying that very rarely you would find me reading and reviewing an erotica series, let alone one that has a sexy billionaire hero. I've been let down by this trope one too many times in the past so I've tried to avoid them like the plague. However when one of my trusted book buddy suggested and loved this series, I decided to take a chance on it. And hey, I could always use some extra guilty pleasure read in my free time ;)

All I can is holy WOW. When I started the first book, I didn't think I would devoured this entire series in one sitting. There were a few things in this read that shouldn't work for me but surprisingly, it didn't bother me too much. I wouldn't have believed that this is a debut author's work because the writing sucked me in easily and the story flowed so well. The MCs had more depth that I initially thought and it was interesting to see how they developed over the series.

The Bound trilogy is a sensual-filled journey with a modern infusion of a Cinderella theme. We have Angelica 'Angel' Lawson; the damsel in distress who's a photographer with a troubled past ever since her mother passed away and living with a father who neglected her growing up. Then in comes Ethan Wilde; Prince Charming in the form of a sexy, powerful billionaire with a (swoony) British accent. A chance encounter fueled with insta-lust was the spark that set things in motion for them. It was a sexually-charged read as they battle out their attraction for each other yet knowing being with each other could be their undoing.

Despite the rather cliche-sounding plot, I really enjoyed being surprised by how many twists were there throughout the entire trilogy. Especially with the 3rd and final book that really packed a punch there with several surprises I did NOT see coming. Both Angel and Ethan had to overcome several hurdles both as an individual and a couple and I thought it was nice to see how their relationship developed over the course of the trilogy. Also I felt there was a nice balance of emotional scenes overlapping with the steamy scenes plus some humor laced in at times to even out the angsty moments.

Overall this was definitely a series that served well as my guilty pleasure reading and I was glad that I took up to chance to read it. The only aspect that deterred me from rating it higher was that I could have done with slightly less sex scenes and cut down of certain repetitive phrases. But other than that, I thought this was a great debut series from this author and will keep an eye for her future work!

I'll admit that even though I loved the first book in this series, I was a little nervous when I started to read Bound for Salvation, but only because I was worried about Ethan's secrets. It was rough for a little while, but I really enjoyed reading this book! It was so awesome and epic, I loved it even more than Bound for Hell!!

Well, Ethan Wilde made me fall in love with him even more than he did before! Did I still want to beat him or smack him at times? Sure, but more often than not, he had me melting for him. He's still possessive and dominant, but he's so thoughtful and loving and caring that I could never stay mad at him. Ethan Wilde is an utterly amazing man, he has my heart completely and that's not ever going to change!!

In Bound for Hell, my heart broke for Angel, it was sad and infuriating learning her history, but she started getting stronger and better by the end of the first book and she's continued. I'm so proud of her and it has been truly incredible seeing who she's become. Angel has a little more work to do, but I can't wait to see her in Bound for Nirvana!

Bound for Salvation broke my heart, ripped it out, and stomped on it, but then it put it back together again. It's full of twists and turns, danger, passion, and epicness. It is a beautiful, heart wrenching, sexy read that will keep you on your toes and wanting more! I know I want more, I loved it, and I CANNOT wait to see what happens next!!

Bound for Salvation is the second book in the Bound Trilogy and must be read after the first book. It's still only told from Angel's POV, Ethan and Angel are together, and there are still questions that I need answered!!

Well - WOW!!!! Here it is - Go Two of Kendra Leigh's Bound Trilogy. If you thought Book 1 was hot and exciting - you are in for even greater thrills in this book two. Every page gets sexier, with more suspense and it pulls you deeper into the story. Ethan and Angelica are the hottest couple and you can really feel the love between them as they struggle to come to grips with some of the problems that beset them both. Here are some fascinating and surprising secondary characters to meet along the way - some you will get to like a lot and who add a brilliant depth. to this beautifully-written story. Some others you could cheerfully throttle!!!!

The passion and love between Ethan and Angel is second to none and the sexy scenes will leave you breathless is many places throughout the book.

The fact that this series is Kendra Leigh's debut series is unbelievable - it is so well-written with flawless flowing style that one would believe that this author has written many such novels.

You will find yourself hopelessly hooked to this series as I have become - you will be in two pieces - wanting the final book but not wanting to reach the end. Bound For Nirvanna - will not be too far away and then we will be eagerly waiting for what comes next from this talented author. I think this series will be read over and over just to feel you are part of a beautiful love story which is equally hot and sexy.

Thank goodness for lovely, surprisingly awesome authors like Kendra Leigh' who can transport a reader into such a wonderful place in their books. This review written by MARGARET SMITH. Not ALEX.

When you get offered a chance to read a debut novel and love it, you know the author is destined for great things. BUT when you read their second novel and love it even more…that is when you know you have found an author whose story and characters will stay with you forever.

Ethan and Angel’s love and passion for each other is intensely beautiful. So much so that it will leave you breathless. Like any relationship, it isn’t without drama and in BFS, it is tested to the limits!

I loved how Angel’s character has developed. She is still struggling with her demons BUT has come into her own and finds her inner strength to fight with everything she has to protect those she loves!

Ethan…oh sweet mother of Mary…Ethan! This man will melt your Kindle as well as your heart. He is sexier than ever. Totally Alpha male but in this novel, we find out more about his past and it makes him more vulnerable. That instantly made him more relatable to me.

This book was brilliant! You find yourself crying, laughing, feeling broken hearted and holding your breath. Kendra Leigh, I cannot wait to read Book 3!

FIVE PASSION FILLED STARS!

When I was asked to read a book called Bound for Hell, I was intrigued. When I discovered that it was the author's debut novel, I was interested. I love to support my indies. I fell in love with Angel and Ethan and I made sure that Kendra knew I was waiting for the second book. When she approached me about Bound for Salvation, I never hesitated.

We all have demons and sometimes those demons have demolished us. The possibility of being rebuilt, worthy and loved seem like an impossible dream. Angel found her dream in Ethan and he is determined to show her that her walls need to crumble.

The passion and love these two share is amazing. It is like a movie in my head that shows me what can happen when you have been retrieved from Hell and the man in front of you is offering you Heaven. Do you take the plunge even thought there is still obstacles or do hide behind the fortress your heart as built?

Take the path that Angel and Ethan are on. Trust me.

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review. This is the second book of Kendra's that I have read. Book One Bound for Hell is amazing. Holy hotness is Ethan Wilde and OMG Angel Lawson is so broken. The two of them together are amazing. Ethan shows her how to live that she doesn't need her family since they do not want her because they blame her for her mothers death when she was a child. Her father is a heartless man that has her brothers acting the same. Treating her like she doesn't exist.

Ethan has his demons as well. When his supposed fiance shows up threatening everything that he and Angel have. Miss bitch almost gets her way.

Do they fight or flight you will have to one click and find out. Kendra is amazing with her writing. I look forward to reading book 3 in this amazing series.

Angel has her own set of rules she lives by. For Angel, no emotional attachments with men. She gets what she wants with no strings. Ethan wants Angel after their first encounter. Angel tries to ignore Ethan's pursuit, but as persistent and stubborn as Ethan is, Angel finally acknowledges the spark between them.

Danger soon shows it's desire and that desire is Angel. Caveman Ethan will have none of it and keeps Angel as safe as possible, until he can't.

Their love is quick and hard, taking both on a path that neither is prepared for. Their strength and love what will keep them together.

The chemistry between these two is jumping off the pages as you read. This book will make you swoon as you learn how they fit perfectly together, even with danger knocking at their door.

✯✯5 Bounded Stars!!✯✯

Potential spoilers

When I read Kendra Leigh debut book Bound For Hell I fell instantly for Ethan & Angel. I did not think Kendra could out due herself. Then, I read Bound For Salvation . There was so much more of Ethan's past story revealed. And, man was it a shocker!! A lot of stuff that was left unanswered in Bound For Hell was answered. I was also very proud of Angel. From the first book to now she grew up and learned how to stand up for herself and the people she cared about.

We pick up a few weeks after Bound For Hell finished. Ethan and Angel are living their perfect life. They're planning on having a future together. I love how Ethan is a successful business man, demands respect from everyone and dominating yet when it comes to Angel. He's a total different guy. When he's with Angel he lets his guard down, smiles, jokes around and even ends up in a pillow fight. I was rolling reading it. Only Ethan Wilde can make you wet while reading about a pillow fight!!! LOL

Angel definitely did a complete turn around in this book. She was finally happy. Angel loved Ethan more then she ever thought. Even though she couldn't get the 3 words that Ethan longed to hear out. Angel tried to show him the best way she knew how. Just when they think everything is perfect. Somebody from Ethan's past shows up. And, not just anybody. But, an evil evil woman by the name Rebecca.

Man when I tell you I haven't loathed someone in a book this much in a long time. I'm not joking!! She was such a vindictive, evil, nasty bitch. I was praying somebody would poison her food or take her out too many times that I ended up loosing count!! She came back for one thing and one thing only. Ethan. And, she didn't care who she hurt or took down to get Ethan.

Now, I'm not going to tell you what she did or said. Because, that would totally be unfair to you. Rebecca was only good at a few things. Making Ethan's life miserable. Spending other people's money. But, the best which is the worst for everyone else. Blackmail..

Angel and Ethan are pushed to the test in this book. I honestly didn't think they'd survive. But, neither one wasn't going down without a fight. What did completely shock and surprise me. Angel thought more clearer then Ethan did. Ethan has been dealing with Rebecca for so long now. But, it was different now because he finally has something to fight for. A life/future with Angel. Just when they thought they had it figured out think again.

Angel finds out Jackson has the same issue Ethan has Rebecca. I loved Jackson in the first book. But, this book. We get the back story of Ethan and Jackson. Jackson and Angel relationship changes as well. Yes, they had a respectful one. But, this now changes to respectful, trusted and now more of a friendship. Which made me tear up for Angel. She's only had Jia for so long. Her family are assholes. Only Adam was nice and him I wanted to punch! That's a whole other situation. Which will most likely get settled in the last book in the series Bound For Nirvana . I'm hoping September comes quickly!!

I was not disappointed at all in this book! I was so proud of Ethan, Angel and Jackson. Ethan and Angel grew so much both together and separately.I couldn't of been more proud of Angel. She still has work to do. But, who doesn't. I also pray that Ethan's brother Damon gets his story told. So bad.

Overall Rating: 4.25 Rockin’ ★★★★☆

Bound for Salvation is the second book in author Kendra Leigh’s, Bound Trilogy. This is Angel and Ethan’s story, a story that continues to interweave their lives together as they overcome tragedies from the past that haunt them both. In this latest installment our main characters are tested and they find out that true love will find a way.

Scars are not worn only on the outside as Ethan Wilde knows from experience. He has used his own knowledge of life to help Angel heal and move toward the future. Angel is his other half, the part that restores him. She is his light, the love of his life! Nothing has ever really scared him until now and the thought of losing Angel! A shadow from his past has returned and it maybe the end of everything he cherishes.

Life has been loveless for Angel Lawson. Her father blames her for her mother’s death and treats her as if she doesn’t exist. She had no one that cared about her, until Ethan came into her life and filled all the empty spaces in her broken heart. Slowly with his care and love, she has started to trust, feel and love. But can it be real, this love they share? Angel is so accustomed to betrayal and hatred from her family that it is hard to believe that Ethan is really hers. Will her tortured past continue to control her or will she break free with Ethan’s help?

People are never what they seem and sometimes they are just pure evil. Evil destroys everything that crosses its path. Angel and Ethan must face the past to find their future.

4 Bound Stars!!

This is book two in the series and it is just as incredible, hot, and intense as the first. We follow on with Ethan and Angel’s modern day Cinderella story. The roller coasters that Kendra added to this absolutely shocked me. I just didn’t expect for any of that to happen!

Ethan and Angel think that their love story is going for a happily ever after, isn’t that how Cinderella’s story went? But where is the fun in that when everything is such an easy ride. Nope! Not this story! There are obstacles, actually, one main obstacle that will have you screaming at your Kindle and wanting to toss it against the wall.

Bound for Salvation

Everything isn’t all bad though. The panty melting scenes in this are scorchers. Ethan has a filthy mouth, and Angel seems to have found her footing. She’s stepped out from what I thought was a shy girl to an in your face little sex kitten.

Let me just say one thing. I HATE ANGEL’S FATHER! OMG!! Okay, rant over. Now we can continue. Angel and Ethan come across a major speed bump when his past comes knocking, actually not, knocking exactly, more like striding in. There is no way that I could see this ending happily after the bomb that is dropped.

Bound for Salvation

I don’t want to give too much away, but this is going to keep you on the edge of your seat for most of the book. Can the strength the Angel and her Prince Charming have beat the demons of his past? Or will the psychopath win the war?

This is the second book in the Bound Trilogy and we continue with the love story of Angel Lawson and Ethan Wilde.

Angel, although a sassy and strong woman, she has always been weak with her inner emotion due to the loveless family past she has shared with her father and twin brothers. However now that she has Ethan in her life she has found she can be loved and this has given her a new reason for life. The passionate love affair between her and Ethan goes from strength to strength, that is until an evil from Ethan’s past appears to rip all they have built together, apart.

I loved the erotic passion between Ethan and Angel and this book is even more passionate and emotional than the first book. It was off the charts hot. But with the curve ball thrown in there was also much anxiety and devastation brought into the read. I won’t go into the backstory as that is a great big spoiler, but I did find the reason for the initial ‘blackmail’ to be weak as it would be one person’s word against another. The further revelation was a more believable reason though.

However beside that this did bring a very dramatic and intense part of the book.
It was so emotive to see such a vulnerable side of Ethan, there is just something about a man who is not afraid to show his tears, his feelings and his devastation. That just had me gripped to the kindle to read those parts. I was also cheering on Angel for how strong she was, well outwardly so as the issue that arises also has her throwing herself back into that closet.

So for me, whilst the back story could have had a stronger plot, the actual romance and passion of Ethan and Angel was another page turner. The parts with her hateful Father and brothers had me in bits and I was like Ethan, wanting to rip them to shreds!

A great piece of writing that has you swooning in one moment then boiling with anger the next, yes this is the cliché ‘rollercoaster’ read. This is definitely one I would recommend and cannot wait for the final part where we shall see if Angel is able to fully cast out her demons for good to move forward with the love of her life Ethan.

Bound for Salvation is the second book from "The Bound Trilogy" by the amazing Kendra Leigh.
This book continues to be told by Angelicas prespective.
I started to read this book with so many questions, so many doubts that needed to be answer as soon as possible, but every page i turn a new question would rise, another doubt, another mystery and because of this i kept reading and reading. New characters join in, but Kendra Leigh didn't forgot the main ones and the hot factor is..... you'll see. Their love story continues but nothing is as it seems.
I thought i had questions, oh boy, i was so wrong... At some point i was so nervous to continue but i didn't stop, i had to know what the hell happened.
Kendra Leigh i was so mad at you, really mad and i could only ask why did you do that, why??
If you got burned will you make sure that the person responsible for it pays? Is it the correct thing to do? Well if you think with rage the answer is without a doubt YES, but if you think with your broken heart the answer will be NO for sure.
Page after page i wanted to scream, to hit someone or something, my emotions were up the roof.
Can love really conquers all? Make us forget the bad stuff? Can obsession for someone take us to do awful and evil things? I leave you with this questions that you will be able to answer once you read this book. And then Kendra Leigh hit me with a surprise that reinforce that nothing is what it seems.
One thing is for sure, Bound for Salvation isn't a book for fragile hearts, because it will stop yours at some point.
I think that the best way to describes this book is with this quote:
" Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you gonna get", and oh boy i didn't see that coming. I thought that all my questions would be answer in this book but Kendra had another idea. Lets start book 3.

I give this book 5 cinder stars.....

This ARC was given by Kendra Leigh in exchange for an honest review.

The true meaning of salvation is the deliverance from the power and effects of sin. Angel Lawson has lived a lifetime facing the effects of her sin, which is the death of her own mother. Even her own family blames her for the tragic loss. In order for Angel to find peace and forgiveness, she must face her own demons and stand up against her family that holds it against her.

Ethan Wilde is more than aware that he must help Angel find her salvation by finally letting go of her past, guilt, and the family that hates and blames her. However, he must face his own demons and fight his own past before he can try to help Angel. Unfortunately, his own demons might be too destructive for Angel to forgive and understand. The thought of losing her is unquestionable, but the love he has for her is too strong and his demons may harm her. Is he willing to risk her safety for their love?

Even this modern day Cinderella has to have tragic losses, evil family members, and some form of a wicked witch. There can't be a Prince Charming if there are no demons to fight against in order to save his Cinderella.

I absolutely loved the first book and did not think it was possible for the second book to be as good. It is not as good, it is better. Kendra Leigh delivers surprising plot twists that teases your mind and wrenches your heart. Thankfully she does not leave you suffering on a horrible cliffhanger, however she leaves you feeling like you were in a wreck. You know, that happy to be alive, but everything is aching feeling? The question of whether their love is strong enough continues for this fairytale couple.

Ethan Wilde is now at the top of my Favorite Book Boyfriends list. He is that hot and that worthy! (If only he were real - sigh)

When I read book 1, Bound for Hell, I knew Kendra had a hit on her hands. I was so surprised that it was a debut novel, because it was one of the best written romantic suspense books I've had the privilege of reading.

BFS picks up right where BFH left off. Angel and Ethan are trying to figure the whole relationship thing out. She's never been in one where she felt safe and loved. Ethan treasures her and makes sure she knows how important she is to him. She is his whole world.

While Ethan knows all of Angels secrets, Ethan has a rather big skeleton that he's hiding, and we all know that they don't like to stay in the closet.

This secret is so big, so unexpected, I found myself actually gasping at the moment of revelation. My next thought was "Oh shit. How will they survive this?" Well, I'm not telling; you will just have to read it for yourself to see if they do.

I'm so proud of Angel in this book. In book 1, she never stood up for herself, especially to her jack-ass father and brother. In this book, she grows a little more confident and strong. I'm really excited to see the changes in her in book 3.

Ethan is well, Ethan. He's smart and sexy and at certain points you think maybe he's trying to pull one over, but then you realize he's actually a great guy. And I love him!

The sex scenes are so incredibly hot, I definitely wouldn't recommend this book for anyone under the age of 18.

I'm so excited for the final book in the Bound Trilogy. I can't wait to see where Kendra takes Angel and Ethan. September can not come quick enough!

Lies, secrets, & hidden pasts.
We all know nothing good comes from them. They end up coming out in the open in the worst possible way.
In this book that is exactly what happened. We have had little hints dropped about Ethan's past in the first book. We know he has been hiding something, and I couldn't wait to find out what. I kind of wanted this book to be more about Angel's past and facing her demons but I am glad we faced Ethan's.
I wasn't quiet sure how Ethan's and Angel's relationship would hold if something rocked the boat. They are a couple that get on, there is no silly arguments between them or bickering, they also haven't faced any big problems in their relationship.
So reading this book and knowing something BIG was going to happen I was kind of like "oh no, this is going to break them!" But they proved me wrong.
I really enjoyed this book, I just straight in from the first and got hooked on the characters and storyline again.
Ethan isn't your usual billionaire, he's caring, protective, controlling but not in a overbearing way, where you end up hating him for it.
Angel is a strong and relatable female lead. You feel like you could be best friends with her but at the same time want to give her a big cuddle for all the hardships she has had in her life.
I can not wait for the next book in the trilogy. I want to see what will happen between Angel and her family.
Will she get the answers she deserves?

I am in love with this series! Ethan and Angel are addictive. Ethan has been keeping a huge secret from Angel. But now Fort Knox is open and spilling everywhere. It just keeps getting better!
Angel has had to deal with her crappy family her whole life. She has finally found the man who makes her happy. But life has never been fair to her so why start now? Angel has to take a self-finding journey. She starts this journey very hurt and confused, but comes out on the other side better and stronger. She has learned to fight for what she wants and by god she is going to get it.
Ethan has made the biggest mistake of his life in not confiding in Angel. He thought he had more time. He is now miserable and rightly so I think. In this part of the story, he has to learn to trust in his feelings for Angel and hers in return. He has to accept that he can’t do everything by himself and sometimes he needs help.
I loved the twists in this story. I was hooked and couldn’t put it down. I had to know what happened and just when I thought I figured it out, BAM! Here comes something I was not prepared for! I absolutely love the way this story is turning out!

Bound for Salvation ( the Bound Series Book 2), Date of Publication: June 16 2015, Genre: Romance, Pages approximately 306. Author: Kendra Leigh
I received this book as an ARC for an honest review. This is the second book of Kendra's that I have read. The book was fantastic! This is the continuation Ethan and Angelica's story. Angelica is a beautiful girl who comes from a family that does not treat her right. Ethan is a very rich, handsome, debonair bachelor. The two of them have a very strong attraction towards each other. The story is one that involves mystery, lust, and plenty of romance. The story is told from Angelica's point of view. The story continues in the third book Bound for Nirvana. I thoroughly enjoyed the story because I like books with mystery and romance. I cannot wait for the third and final book. I highly recommend this book.

Oh my... I absolutely loved this book! It had drama and intrigue and mystery and love and lust all rolled into one.

Ethan Wilde and Angel Lawson's story continues and boy does Ms Leigh pack a punch in this book! Billionaire Ethan continues to pursue photographer Angel; and as the story unfolds we see Angel becoming stronger thanks to Ethan's love and she's finally able to drop the L word into their relationship. The twists and turns in this book had me cheering on the heroine and wanting to cry at her utter heart break in parts.

I want to say so much about this book, but yet I want people not to read about the book to actually read it and see for themselves what I experienced.

I'm now a fan Ms Leigh! Thank you for your amazing triology and now on to the final book, which without a doubt I'll not want to finish because I won't want to let Ethan and Angel go.

WOW!!! After reading the first book, I couldn't wait to read more and I'm so glad there is still more to come. Kendra's writing hooks you. What a amazing start to a writing career!!! Her books just get better and better. There are no words to describe all she make you feel throughout the story. She knows how to keep you guessing and wanting more. Just when you think you know what is going to happen there is a twist.

Angel and Ethan's love story is one hell of a ride, you don't want to miss!
