Daniel Sullivan has made a fortune developing computer applications. When his best friend asks him to test a new app that's going to take the world by storm, he reluctantly agrees. As soon as the Crazy Love app matches him with Holly Miller he knows the project is doomed.
Holly's career as an artist has taken her to places she only dreamed about. When tragedy strikes, she returns to Montana to rebuild her life. Falling for a billionaire who lives beside an emerald lake was never part of her plans. With a secret life he can't know about, and a father she wants to forget, Daniel is the last person she needs in her life.
With more at stake than a computer app, Daniel knows he's found his perfect match. All he has to do is convince Holly that a little crazy love is all she needs.
CRAZY LOVE is the third book in the Emerald Lake Billionaires series and can easily be read as a standalone. All of Leeanna's series are linked. If you find a character you like in one book you could find them in another story.
Leeanna Morgan is a USA Today bestselling author. She lives in New Zealand surrounded by green hills on one side and the ocean on the other. She enjoys going for long walks, especially if she can convince her husband and two children to go with her!
Leeanna writes contemporary romances set in Montana. Her books contain all of the things that are important to her; good friends, family, a strong sense of community, and a happy ending.
Full disclosure: Leanna and I were best friends at school. I've watched her developing writing career with delight (and some good-natured envy) and while I haven't read a lot of her books - not really being a contemporary romance person myself - I admit to being predisposed to like them.
That said, I try very hard to make my judgments on the book I'm reading, and I thoroughly enjoyed this one.
The characters are charming and even if I have only read one other in of the books set around this location, I felt that I got to know everyone I needed to know for the story very well. I could tell that some of the characters had been the stars of other books, but I never felt like I was missing out because I hadn't read them.
One of my favourite parts of the book was that, without any nefarious intentions, Holly and Daniel end up hiding things from each other. Rather than this being carried on and on and on as can be the (very frustrating) case in many romance novels, both realised quickly that this was not appropriate in a developing relationship and explained themselves in a reasonable manner. Oh how I loved that.
There's no huge action climax in this book, but a gentle and suitable ending for what is a practical and gentle romance with some lovely characters. If that sounds like you, I recommend you give this a try.
I have been reading Leeanna Morgan's books for the last few weeks. I enjoy her storylines and her characters. This is my least favorite book in the series that I have read. I would still give the book an A! I felt the plot of this book was a little too slow. However I am still looking forward to finishing this series and starting on some of Leeanna's other series.
Leeanna Morgan does it again. I wasn't sure if I would I like, this one but the more I read the less I could put it down. Personally I've been there not being able to trust the one you love and being betrayed by the next. Never been well to do much less a billionaire. Once Holly started to cook I thought they would get together but not until other things took place a definite 5 star read and worth the time to read
Great addition to this series. So glad Holly went for coffee with Daniel and found her place she belonged along with her Dad coming back into her life. Looking forward to Blake and Elizabeth story.
This series gets better and better, you can read the stories as a stand alone, but they are better together. Just like Holly and Daniel. It starts with a dating app and it gets better from there.
After reading the first two books of this series I thought this one would be calmer and not have such a strong impact. But the build up to the ending was so well written and, of course, the ending was perfect!
Good storyline except for all the secrecy. Under stable why but just gets to me. I've been reading lots of her books and need to take a break as my realistic thoughts start to ruin the make believe-ness of her stories. Good clean read.
Another 3.5 stars. Glad I went and read Daniel and Holly’s story. In the last book(another series) that I read they were married! So, always good to see how they got together. Now I need to know what happens to Blake. These are relaxing and interesting to read. No stress!
I loved Holly & Daniel! Talk about thinking opposites attract! They really didn't have much hope for their relationship, since they were both basically forced to date. But as they spent time with each other, they began to realize they had more in common than they thought, and that they genuinely enjoyed being together. And the thoughtfulness between them was wonderful!
Thanks for your book filling my quite time. I'm past falling in love but love b to read your story and dream. Makes life seem easier. Look I Nguyen forward to more of your books.
