It has been a very costly and hectic time for Safa Joyner. After being married and—apparently—having it all, everything upended at once. After discovering Safa's relationship with a man named Kordell, Darius begins to lose it and plots drastic actions. Meanwhile, Safa learns some shocking truths about Kordell that sends her whirling. Now she is left to consider what is better; a miserable life where she was taken care of, or dealing with a thug, who may be dangerous and ruthless. Safa is in a world of trouble that may end up costing someone their life.

Good read
This book was a great read too short very Interesting It makes you wanna keep reading and reading Love the characters I will recommend this to all my friends Can't wait to part 3 come out Love the authors imagination I would definitely read any of her books Each page leaves you with more more suspense

Confusing
The way book one ended and book two began is totally different. Seemed disjointed as if it was written by two different people. The mood of the story seemed to have shifted too. I didn't enjoy this installment as much as the first one.

The book was good but I didn't like the way it ended.
Is there a part 3 to this book because the ending didn't make since to me. It needs to be more to the story.
