This was fun! Love a reimagining of superheroes. The girls are all just trying to get on with life at school, but when they start disappearing, something is very wrong! Gorgeously illustrated and I think my class will love it!

We picked this up for free on FCBD 2016. We snagged it for our daughter who is 1.5 and we want to get in to comic books as she gets older. We were looking for strong female role models, and the young heroines sounded fun.

I enjoyed this. Although the storyline was pretty basic, it was still a good story. It seemed like a problem a girl younger than high school would have, but it was still enjoyable. I really liked seeing all the young heroines before they were superheroes. It gave me a taste and makes me want to read more.

This is a great addition to the comic universe. While I want my daughter to be a comic nerd also, I do not enjoy the typical illustrations of female characters in comic books. It gives girls false images of what women should look like and I just don't like seeing boobs and butts. So this was such a nice change.
