Bethany and Damon are back from their parents wedding in Jamaica . Where Damon professed his undying love for her by proposing Marriage , but once they arrive back to their normal everyday lives filled with Non - Stop working , Flirting , Jealousy , fighting and thoughts of people passing judgement on their Relationship .
Damon decides its best to keep their engagement a secret , but will his decision cause their relationship to crumble way before it even has a chance to Flourish ??
This part of Bethany and Damon's story had me so Flustered. It was full of pure madness , earthshattering lust , and Heartbreaking Emotions that made me ant to cry out in frustration over the way Damon treats Bethany as if she's an immature child , not capable of forming her own decisions about the situation he put them in and now has second thoughts on.
Bethany knew what she was getting herself into , she already knew Damon was a tough pill to swallow , but she fell in love and you can feel the pain he is causing her .
I'm Happy she manages to get her digs in as well and those few moments are priceless...just to see him squirm.
I am eager to see what happens to Bethany and Damon's Catastrophic Relationship after reading the emotional Ending to this book . I hope there is more to come .

It's 3 days before their trip for their parents wedding and things are going great. Until Damon has to stay at the office until the day of the wedding, and worst part is Bridgette, Damon's ex is there for her sister's wedding. Damon proves he wants to be with her when he proposed. When they get back to work Damon tells Bethany to leave the ring at home while they work in a letter he left her that morning. Plus to make matters worse Damon hired Bridgette's twin Delilah to be an executive in the company. Will all this be to much for their relationship? Great read.

Urk! These two are crazy-making. I love Bethany and Damon so much but they’re both so invested in sabotaging their happiness. Every time they get to a point where it’s smooth sailing, one or the other of them has to go and rock the boat, killing all forward progress they’d made together. I love watching how their family pulls together around them, I just wish they’d pull their collective heads out of their backsides. There’s still one more book to go, I still have hope.

Hot billionaires are always good. Lately I’ve been in the mood for something hot, happy and romantic. This book fits that description.
The plot is good. It’s nothing spectacular but I enjoyed it and it stays somewhat positive throughout the book. That is what I have been craving.
I like the characters as well. None of them are judgmental and they seem to just want happiness for each other so that’s also a positive. It’s not the usual where there’s always someone plotting something bad for the main characters. This is not that type of book and that’s good.
All in all, I really enjoy this book. I did not expect the ending to be as happy as it was and I was super happy with the ending!

I am so glad Ali decided to add to this series. Beth and Damon are one of my favorite couples. Their struggle for control of their relationship, and the desire to love each other, makes this book all more compelling. I cannot wait to read the next book.

I have read quite a few of Ali Parker's books and they are enjoyable. This is one from the Billionaire series that I was able to read. Quick, fun romances but they do tend to run on the steamy side.

Bethany is so immature. I can’t stop eye roll at her. This series would be better to be standalone with focus on different couples instead of one long ass story on Bethany and Damon.

This series started out with demands of "No lies, no drama" and then proceeds to be nothing but and this book just adds in insecurity and desperation that had already been talked out and dealt with.

This definitely has a lot of infuriating moments that make little sense if you think about it too much.. But interesting enough for me to want the next book 👌

This book turns Damon into an even bigger di*k than he was in the first book in this insane series and I have to say I’m really angry with Ali Parker. She led me to believe that Damon had started to change at the end of the first book, then she yanked the floor right out from under me when he changes again into an even more repugnant character again. He ignores Bethany, belittles her and accuses her of being a child when she’s upset. He wants to use her body and treats her like crap when he isn’t. This is love? Furthermore, why in the world would a woman subject herself to his bipolar behavior? He pulls Bethany closer, dominating her body and screwing with her emotions and he never actually communicates with her. WTF? I spent most of this book swearing at them both and now I’m just pi**ed off. I’m wondering why I’m wasting my time on this ridiculous crap. Is this romance? It sure feels like abuse to me. I listened to the audiobook and while I love Joe Arden’s narration style even he couldn’t make this ridiculous drivel sound appealing. Tell me where the romance is, please? Don’t waste your money!

Bethany’s Master’s, job at the firm and TA position are running her ragged and there just is not a lot of time left in the day for Damon. Damon gets caught up with the audit and work obligations but expects Bethany to cater to his every whim and need…after all she always has in the past. Sadly, Damon finds himself alone too many nights, and this causes his already fragile sense of a relationship to start crumbling. She’s caught up with her love for him, but can’t make sense of his actions or his demands. So she holds to what she knows- her independence to make her way thru life the way she always has…thru hard work. When Damon asks she keep her engagement a secret and to not wear her ring, she begins to wonder if he’s really in it for the long haul! And so the tug of war of wants and demands begins between Damon and Bethany.
It’s a fun and steamy ride watching Bethany dig her heels in and stand up for herself…even if it’s killing her. Watching Damon squirm over Bethany’s actions are satisfying, as he needs a strong woman and Bethany is proving to be just that; he just doesn’t know how to handle it! Ali Parker doesn’t disappoint with this sexually infused tale about love conquering all…or does it??? Can’t wait to see what is next for Damon and Bethany. I was given an ARC for my honest review.

After getting back from a relaxing trip to Jamaica where their parents were married and Damon & Bethany got engaged, their world is slowly unraveling. I didn't know whether to cry or throw my Kindle because they just seemed so out of sync and doomed where their relationship is concerned. Damon has returned to the workaholic a-hole that Bethany doesn't even recognize the man she fell in love with and said yes to his proposal. She, on the other hand, needs to make him understand what's in her heart and what she is feeling. She is juggling way too many responsibilities and needs a little prioritization. Please Ms. Parker don't throw a borderline cheating story line in with these two! Damon & Bethany are one of my favorite book couples! This story is an emotional ride but I definitely cannot wait to see where it lands! Received an ARC for an honest review.

This is a one two punch in the gut. I could not put it down. I have become so enthralled with Bethany and Damon, I need to know what happens next. I am with this series to the end, it's like caffeine. I need my fix to help my day look a bit brighter even though this book didn't have the happiest of endings. This book ends on another cliffhanger, which I am starting to expect, but I still can't get used to how she does it. Just when you least expect, boom, shocker. I am a fan, and I am more than willing to take this ride. I can't wait to see what is up Ali Parker's sleeve, I'm sure I will love it.

After Damon and Beth having such a romantic time in Jamaica, this book is one emotional upheaval. That does not mean that that I did not like this book. I still loved the book, but I kept calling them both some not very nice names, especially Damon. I absolutely love this series. Yes, there is a big cliffhanger, but it was one that I was expecting, and now, I am looking forward to see what is going to happen next. Damon is a very complicated man. I received this book from the author in return for an honest review, and I do not just recommend this series, I am telling you that you have to read this series.

This is the 4th book in the series and what an emotional ride! After professing their love for each other in Jamaica and becoming engaged after only 3 weeks of being together, life it seems, starts to get in the way. Bethany is pulled is so many directions, her intern job, TA, and masters degree and Damon has stress from work with the audit. The note Damon leaves Bethany to not wear her engagement ring to work is a tough pill to swallow for Bethany and all her insecurities and overthinking come to full light. Damon's pride gets in his way to see past his own needs and thinks love is all you need......or is it? What a cliffhanger of an ending Ali Parker!!!

Oh the emotions in this book was sooooo good!!!!! The ending had me in tears!!! I really missed Damon and I'm so happy they are back!!!!! Omg this book is full of emotions and keeps you on the edge of your seat to see what's gonna happen next between them!! Beth has to stand her "man" against Damon a few times and that was so good hehe I yelled out you go girl!!!! I absolutely loved this book and can't wait for more!!!

Its back to work for Damon and Bethany but will their relationship withstand the tides. The newly engaged couple is back from Jamaica and there are so many things standing in the way of their happily ever after. I have shed a few tears and been angry at Damon. The ending though has me sad...Looking forward to the next in line.

Bethany and Damon are newly engaged and back from Jamaica. They are settling into life as a couple now that their family knows they are together. But instead of it being easier obstacles keep poppin up from the past. Will the new couple be able to overcome all this together? I feel a little piratey now. Sorry about that. (Received an Arc of the book from the author for an honest review) at first I was an excited giddy little school girl on Christmas morning. I am in love with this series and couldn't wait to read more about Beth and Damon. Oh, this book ran the whole gauntlet of emotions for me. Ending in utter heartbreak. I agree with the reasons behind the decision but my heart still hurts for them. I would recommend this book, but he prepared for the ending. I can't wait for the next book to see how this continues to play out.
