Reads like a list of quotes on great motivational advice on how to be an effective leader.

Utterly beige and forgetable

This book was fine. It was really just a collection of bromides and quips about leadership. They were fun and inspiring but there was nothing innovative about the book.

This book was less a coherent book making a statement or case for innovative leadership styles and more a large collected string of quotes on leadership. Don't get me wrong: there were lots of good, inspiring quotes. Still, it wasn't what I expected when I picked it up.
