God Owns It All Bible Study Book includes small-group experiences for six sessions, weekly individual-study opportunities, applicable Scripture, “How to Use This Study,” and tips for leading a group.
We live in the wealthiest nation in the history of the world. We are so wealthy that people living at the federal poverty line are still wealthier than 85 percent of the world. So why don’t we feel rich? Why do we experience so much unhappiness and discontentment? The world would have us believe our lives would be better if we had just a little more. If this is true, then why don’t people who have a little more seem content?
God Owns It All tackles the money question we all How much is enough? The answer to this question is found in God’s Word. With over four decades of experience in the financial-services industry, Ron Blue presents financial principles that are affirmed by the authority of Scripture and tested by the marketplace. He knows that God’s principles work and are needed in our finances. These biblically based principles will equip us to approach money management and financial planning with freedom, generosity, contentment, and confidence. When we apply the biblical truths offered in this study, our finances will be ordered, our decisions will be simplified, and our experience will invite contentment in all areas of our lives.

Dr. Howard Hendricks influenced him to begin what later became a financial planning firm. He has written several books on this topic, and in 2003 he helped to found a ministry training Christian financial advisors to integrate God’s financial wisdom in their advice and counsel. In 2012, Indiana Wesleyan University established The Ron Blue Institute, which is dedicated to multiplying the over 40 years of professional experience and intellectual property of Ron through curriculum development and other products in multiple outlets worldwide. Ron and Judy, his wife of 50 years, live in Atlanta, Georgia. They have five children and thirteen grandchildren.
This six-week Bible study reframes how believers think about money, showing that financial freedom starts with spiritual surrender. It’s built around one core truth—God owns it all—and unpacks what that means for how we live, give, owe, and grow. Through practical tools, daily readings, and video lessons, it helps readers align their finances with their faith.
I went through this study this fall with my fellow church staff, and honestly—it’s simple but eye-opening. Everything is super clear and surprisingly refreshing for those of us who’ve heard Dave Ramsey’s baby steps one too many times. This author gets a little spicy by pulling in a few differing principles 👀 and I was here for it.
The videos and group discussions were great, but the real growth happens in the daily readings and worksheets—when you start noticing what your money habits say about what (and Who) you value. Perfect for small groups, couples, or anyone ready to let God’s ownership of “it all” get personal.

Extremely good and extremely practical. Excited for our church to have an opportunity to work through this together and looking forward to adapting some of this to use with the youth group next year.
