Faith Granger considers herself to be a chubby loser. She lacks confidence, she lives in books, and she works in a high school library. The closest thing she has to a love life are all her dirty daydreams, but those aren't enough to quench her desires for football star Maxwell Harper.
Faith discovers a mysterious occult book called the Septagrammaton Codex in the library's donation box and decides to take it home and try her hand at a love spell. She doesn't really expect it to work. Faith casts the wrong spell and ends up summoning Morgana, a succubus as beautiful as she is dangerous.
Can having a sex demoness for a friend help Faith finally win over Maxwell Harper or will Morgana lead Faith down a new and kinky path?
My Best Friend is a Succubus is an epic new series about love, lust, adventure, and sexual awakening for a lonely young woman. It features steamy scenes of lesbian and bisexual romance for new adults and adults.
I was not prepared for how much I would like this. I'm conflicted that this is teenage lesbian supernatural erotica but I enjoyed the story. Faith is a character I can relate to and Morgana the demon is cool even though deep down I know a demon can't be trusted!! Good thing this is fiction.
I highly recommend this when you want to feel naughty.
This was a fun and interesting read. I liked Morgana and the way she composed herself. So busy yet unsurprising and fun to read about. Hopefully, Faith will learn a lesson by the end of this series. I wouldn’t want to be fed on no matter how good it feels. The hot scenes were great. I noticed there were a few typos but otherwise it had decent prose. With that being said I recommend you read it.
My goodreads rabbit hole lead me to this book. I blame the reviewer who listed Africa as a country. This series had 5stars and a whole review. Clearly I don’t feel the same. I’ll probably not read any more books by this author anytime soon. But if y’all like it, cool!
It's probably one of Clover's best written series. It's pretty focused on lesbian action so keep that in mind, female pov. I wasn't into it but I wasn't the intended audience. It's a good fantasy subversion of the succubus subgenre of erotic fiction, worth a look.
