Covers basic stuff. Offers more of an observational type of knowledge than a concrete veterinary/behavioural info. Still good reading for someone who is switching from dogs to cats and cannot understand why isn't the "typical approach to animals" working.

Maybe for a complete newbie.

This might be an okay starter book for someone who doesn't know the first thing about cats. There isn't much in there. The information given is accurate, though.

Overall it was mostly common sense. The book doesn't talk about different tricks one can teach the cat, but it is more for basic animal ownership.

Thought it would be about clicker training cats, which it is not. A good read for folks who are new cat owners, but not a book on "Cat Training".

Very shallow book, nothing really fancy or worth reading, it's basically 30 pages of common knowledge (get him a scratchpad, be empathic, don't yell at him, clean its litter....). All true but short and nothing really original.
