A book grandeur which would make you realize that selling is nothing but a psychological strategy.
It is a one fine book about thinking and its influence on sales. With 48 tools that can and shoukd be used to improve or even rethink your sales (and even general business & life).
Ive skimmed through it so many times in order to extract and synthesize it into my sales training topic. All tips are small but powerful and up-to-date. Great book!
Lots of good tips for selling! Recommend its an easy read which you can pick up and put down and learn in chunks, don't have anything bad to say about it
Suitable in the field of sales, but readers who are novices in reading and sales.. This book is very informative and also difficult to understand for beginners.
This is a never ending book, you carry this baby with you everywhere you go and learn and apply the tools in situations. Short chapters easy to read, and interesting segments on empathy and communicating.
If you are in sales its worth a read although quite 'thick' to carry around if you are in the field, a more condensed version (top 10 maybe?) would simplify i- hence the 3 stars.
Quick and easy to skim, but most tools felt generic or too surface-level. Lacked the depth and originality I was hoping for. More of a light motivational read than a practical sales guide.
