An excellent primer but left me wanting more as someone with background in DEI initiatives in the workplace. Would work well in a college classroom.

While I appreciate the premise and many of the key points. I found this book to be seriously lacking in addressing fully the complexities of a comprehensive effort to advance inclusion.
Ultimately this book reads like a marketing tool = if you really want to advance inclusion you apparently need to hire the author
