There’s a great collection of recipes in this book! I’m leaning towards the Keto lifestyle, and so many of these recipes can be adapted to fit it. I like that Master Dunbar included a section on how to make nut milks. There are so many people who have milk allergies and can benefit by making their own milk to use in smoothies and such. I also love the quotes and knowledge that’s been peppered throughout the book.

This is an enjoyable cookbook with a Tae Kwon Do twist. My TKD master wrote this book and it has a lot of great recipes, anecdotes and advice.
