This Series was incredibly hot, sexy and burned up the pages. Mason is a broken Alpha male with a sex appeal that is scorching. He has lived by his golden rule of making people bend for him and getting what he wants, he's so smooth that people just fall under his spell. Outside of the father that has degraded him his entire life and tried to make him feel inferior, Mason has picked up his pieces the best way he knew how, made his own money and continued running his father's company. He thought he had it all until under control until he was reconnected with his best friends younger sister Jillian. Younger than he was and never thought of her but more than a sister. It had been 5 years since he had seen her and she contacts him and needs his help. Jillian was a meek young woman, that has always had a crush on Mason. Her geeky young girl looks went away and she blossomed into a beautiful young woman, full of innocence that needed to be explored with the right person. Mason and Jillian's connection was stronger than expected and the chemistry that was discovered was so intense, neither could get enough of the other. Willa Thorne can write a sex scene like no one I've read before. I couldn't get enough of this story, the passion, caring, and overall characters were just incredible.

After a very embarrassing event at the Sloane's, Jillian Pryor all of a sudden became homeless and jobless. She had nowhere to go, but she knew who could help her- Mason Woodward. Though it was risky to call him for help, specially after what happened between him and her brother. It's worth the risk, right?
Letting her stay in his luxurious pent house, Jillian didn't have the slightest idea what Mason has planned for her. Travis had his fun, now Mason's time has come.
I have became author Willa Thorne's fan since I read Closed Heart and met Jackson Rochester. I thought Jackson has my heart, but darn it, Mason Woodward happened!
Thorne's a genius in creating dirty talking alpha billionaires. Her books are even hotter than summer heat! Most billionaire romance books have similar plots, but Thorne was able to come up with a very unique idea for her Manhattan Series. And I must tell you, this book gave me so many different emotions.
Mason Woodward isn't that "love at first read" kind of book boyfriend. There were parts when I just wanted kick his balls because his words were too painful and then he said something that made me love him again. He confuses you and excites you at the same time. But he will definitely make you fall in love with him.
I loved Jillian too! There were some times that her pain was too real for me, I just wanted to hug her and tell her it'll be okay. I like her sweetness and loyalty.
The H and h have an amazing chemistry from beginning to end. The twist and turns of this book will keep you reading 'til 5 am! And the sexy scenes are "out of this world" hawwt! Dirty words + British accent? I'm dead! The journey Mason and Jillian are about to take you is something different from the others that you have experienced before.
It's MORE THAN FIVE star read for me and I can't wait what Willa's next stories will be!!
Willa Thorne has again created a story that will melt your heart and make your legs go jelly! I now wonder where I could find my own Mason Woodward, hmmm....

Holy hell of all things hot!
The Manhattan series is one seductively steamy and sexy read! I absolutely loved the whole story line, and the twists throughout. My heart has skipped through so many emotions while reading. Never have I loved a male character as much as I wanted to hurt him, Mason is one hell of a ultra fit alpha! And soooo dirty.. Like send shivers through you dirty!
The series is is extremely well written from both Mason & Jilly's POV! I devoured it in a matter of hours. Each individual book has its own twists and turns that totally stole my breath. Secrets, lies and deceit plague this series, Willa writes an outstanding plot that captivates the mind and held onto my attention spectacularly.
Backed up with a brilliant secondary cast, The Manhattan series is one that's utterly enjoyable. The characters are relatable. The sex is HOT and the chemistry UNDENIABLE.
As its a series, all three books are in the box set. Each book in the series gets better and better. End Game perfectly ends the series, wrapping up everything beautifully. Overall to me this book deserves 15 stars. I mean three 5 star books in one boxset...AMAZING!

The Manhattan Series was a wonderful series. The series was exciting and full of suspense, drama, love, and hot sex! This series keep me wanting more.
Mason is originally from England. He gets expelled from his prestigious boarding school and his father decides to send him to the US for school. This is where Mason meets Travis and the entire Pryor family. Jill is Travis’ younger sister. Jill is much younger than the boys, but she has had a crush on him since she was 14. Mason and Travis have a falling out and has not seen any of the Pryor’s for over five years, until the day Jill calls Mason needing a place to stay. This gives Mason an idea of how to get back at Travis for mistake he made.

The Manhattan Series is, I have to say, if not THE best that I've read this year, it's in my top 3!! A pretty large piece of my heart now belongs to Mason Alexander Woodward, the HOTTEST, sexiest, domineering businessman to come along since one Christian Grey!
14 year old Jillian Pryor meets the sexy, enigmatic Mason when he moves from London and becomes friends with her older brother, Travis. She develops a huge crush on him, even though he is some years older than her AND comes from a super-rich, conservative (and REALLY messed up) family. Everything is great, until her brother "betrays" his best friend in the worst possible way!
When Jillian is 23, it's been 5 long years since she has laid eyes on the gorgeous Mason, she finds herself in a rotten situation with nowhere else to turn...she calls Mason and asks for his help, which sets into motion Masons' twisted plot for revenge against Travis. Needless to say, things get very interesting, very quickly!!
The road to Jillian and Mason's HEA is paved with so many depraved twists and turns that keep you on the edge of your seat, praying that everything will work out! There were some events that had me sitting in utter shock, literally with my mouth hanging open!! Willa Thorne has this voodoo magic that she weaves throughout her writing. She entrances you with a beautiful story that has passion, tension, angst, heart breaking moments and gut wrenching suspense. She makes you fall in love with the characters and emotionally bond with them. I was terrified for Jillian at one point. I couldn’t look at the next page, I just state there frozen.
Mason and Jillian’s story is one of friends to nothing to f*ck buddies to more. The passion that Mason possesses is amazing. The complexity of the characters is mind boggling and the fast paced storyline kept me engaged, even though this was the second time I have read their story.
Mason is a tall, dark and sexy alpha man with an English accent. He has been Jillian's brother’s best friend since school. Things went crazy, Mason and Travis haven’t spoken in years. Why? Jillian doesn’t know. But when she is down on her luck she turns to the one that she believes will help her, Mason. Mason has a plan of his own to get back at Travis. What better way to get even than to make Jillian fall and crush her the same way Travis crushed him. Will Mason be able to stick to the plan or will it break him before it breaks her or Travis?

Gawd damn all things hawtness. Well hello Mr Mason Woodward!!
Honestly having read Closed Hearts & being absolutely hooked on Willa's writing style, I knew I had to read this series & boy I don't know what I have been missing out on.
Mason Woodward, yup one hot, sexy, cocky, smooth talking, totally & utterly dirty alpha. The only son to a rich & powerful family, he has lived his life under his fathers scorn & hatred. Longing to be his own man, he starts his own business & soon becomes unstoppable. He can get any woman his heart or body desires & is never short of one to satisfy his pleasures. What he doesn't want is love, been their & done that. It resulted in him finding his best friend Travis Pryor with what he thought was the love of his life, in bed together. Killing his friendship & hardening is heart. Mason Woodward needed no one.
Until the night he gets a call from Jillian Pryor - Travis's little sister. The little nerdy girl he helped her brother protect for many years. She is in trouble & reaches out to him, with nowhere to turn Jilly can only hope that whatever the reason Mason & her brother stopped talking, he would still help her. What she doesn't realise is that he sees this as the perfect opportunity to get revenge, to use her & her beautiful heart as collateral damage.
Yeah, i thought the same. What a SOB (even though he's a hot AF SOB) but what he didn't count on was falling in love. He is enamoured with Jilly's beauty & falls hard. He cant function past the need to love her, protect her, want her, desire her. He realizes that revenge is no longer an option, he's disgusted he even considered it.
Jilly however has other plans after discovering his hurtful plot. She is heartbroken, devastated by his actions. She wants to move on but cant. Love is a strange & powerful emotion. The kind that can challenge your senses & rule your mind. She loves him, has done since she was that nerdy teenager & knows deep down that he is a good man, that he is fighting demons only she can help him conquer.
There are so many plot twists it kept me absolutely captivated. Tense moments made my heart stutter, raunchy moments made me want this man like no other. I just couldn't get enough of both leading characters. I loved how Willa developed them through the story & damn I wanted the HEA they deserved.
An absolute must read, I can't recommend this series enough. It will deliver one hell of a book hangover I promise!!

Hot! Sexy! Dirty! Just BREATHTAKING!!!
I was just blown away. The Manhattan Series is just such an amazing Series. His Pawn, Queen in Play and End Game all together is just so much better. I couldn’t stop reading.
Mason Woodward is just soooo HOT, SMOKING HOT. He’s sex on a stick and I fell in love with him instantly.
The story is very emotional and Willa Thorne touched my heart with her words. The whole book is sexy and sweet at the same time and Willa Thorne’s great writing style and the amazing story kept me wanting to know more about the characters and what’s about to happen next. I couldn’t stop reading until I was finished. It is a really unique story and I looooved Mason and Jillian. They were two amazing characters and I could easily relate to their feelings.
They are such a great couple and I was really sucked in by their story.

This was really really good.
Great start of a new series and even greater because is her debut novel. Ms. Thorne you know how to bring the hotness out of these pages.
What t will happen when you want revenge that you are willing to do anything for it? That's Mason and Jillian story. How far will Mason go for his revenge? and will it be worth at the end? Will Jillian find it in herself to forgave him, once she knows the truth?
His Pawn got betrayal, a little mystery, twist you wont seen coming, sexy hot scenes and charismatic-real characters that surely promise and excellent series.
***Queen in Play (4.5 stars)***
With Queen In Play we get a better understanding of who is Mason Woodward; we learn about his childhood, his family dynamic (especially with his father), and what really happen between him and Jillian's brother. We see Jillian finally getting out of her let's say infatuation with Mason and get a backbone and really go for what she wants without being so afraid.
This second book will surely keep you on your toes wanting to know what will happen next. There more mystery involving Mason and also Jillian's accident. Will Mason found out who is trying to hurt Jillian? Will she forgave him? Will they have the happily-ever-after!!!?? I really hope so...
The hot factor in this one is ridiculous!! The connection and chemistry between these two is nearly palpable, so wear something absorbent or nothing at all.
Oh, Ms. Thorne I want babies, the whole I don't want to bring a baby to this f*cked-up world Mason has going on, I call bullsh*t!!! I want pretty Mason babies running around xx.

The perfect ending for a fantastic story!!!
Happily ever after doesn't come easily, sometimes you have to fight the world with all you have to make it happen. And that's exactly what Mason and Jilly had to do.
They found each other after a long time, felt in love and now the have to fight for her love. I don't have words to describe how incredible this series is. Falling in a love/hate relationship with Mason since the beginning of the series, feeling all the pain Jilly had to overcome, watching their love blossom from lust to love was really amazing.
If I didn't know this was her first series I wouldn't have know, the writing and plot was outstanding. Thank you for the opportunity to read this amazing love story, can't wait for what is next from you!!!
Ohhh I nearly forgot!!!, I knew Mason could do it and he would love it at the end!!!

Willa Thorne is releasing her original series all in 1! Willa has outdone her self with this 5 star series, one of my all-time favorites! It's refreshed with newly added scenes throughout. Read Mason & Jillian's story from the beginning all over again! Or if it's your first time, reading, buckle up for the sexy, suspenseful roller coaster ride! You will not be disappointed. I was quickly reminded of Mason's British dominating hotness and Jillian's no nonsense attitude.

Absolutely enjoyed rereading this trilogy, I love Mason and Jillian together. The new added scenes make it even better and having all three books in one is amazing.

This was my first book(s) by Willa Thorne and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire series! It was steamy, sexy, suspenseful and full of secrets.
We meet Mason Woodward—billionaire, controlling, dominant, and sexual being. He is in control in all things, including in the bedroom.

Jillian Pryor, aka Jilly Bean, is Travis’ little sister. But now, she is all grown up and beautiful. She will be the perfect revenge for Travis sleeping with his fiancée.

But what happens when the sexual chemistry is so sizzling that he can’t give her up; when she gets under his skin and reveals the true Mason; when he can no longer go through with his revenge?

Having said that, I am so glad that I didn’t have to wait, because those cliffhangers would have killed me!

Hot and Steamy! This series is an amazing journey filled with love, hate, lies, laughs, and suspense. Mason and Jillian face many obstacles including paying and suffering for the wrong doings of people in their lives, especially Mason's manipulative father. This story is well written and has a great flow. I enjoyed the well placed glimpses of the past throughout the story. This is a great read! Definitely recommend if you enjoy a hot and steamy love story!

This story was a gem, filled intense emotions passionate/explicit scenes and lots of suspense. I devoured the three parts of the series equally and it's one of a few times that i loved all the characters besides the main in the book and i would love to see each character has his/hers own story (i saw that Jackson already has and i'm really excited about that).
Now about the story, everything started with a revenge plan well according to Mason at least because he didn't expect to find (& seek) something entirely different in Jillian..his soul mate. These two characters work very good together the one completed the other fully (light with dark). Jillian is such a pure and innocent soul not able to be angry at anyone for long even if that someone has done something very very bad, that's what Mason saw in this woman her gentle personality and fell fast for her abandoning every other plan his mind had orchestrated. On the other hand Jillian never imagined her crush since she was a teen would throw his sights on her or that she that she is about to experience some fantastic moments with him. I have to mention that Mr. Mason Woodward is one sexy, alpha male with quite dirty mouth and he is highly addictive (panties are melting!! I warn you Girls...proceed with caution)
Without wanting to spoil anything I'd only say that the twists and the suspense were low-minding and the plot was evolving in a steady pace keeping me as a reader anticipating for what was going to happen next. I can't wait to read Jackson's story and i hope that Ian, Piper and even Zara will have their own stories as well.

The first book started off strong and then ended with me wondering what was going to happen with Mason and Jillian. There were some twists and turns throughout the remaining two books, but I often found myself wondering why Jillian continually let Mason get away with what he did. Yes, she half-heartedly would argue with him, but she caved to his use of sex to distract her (which made me like her a little less).
In the end, they did find their HEA, but it felt rushed.

Love this series!! Willa Thorne has quickly become one of my go-to authors. After the Manhattan series and Closed Heart, I can't wait to see what she has in store for us next.

I’ve been on a roll with new authors this year and Willa Thorne is another to add to my list. I fell hook, line, and sinker for Mason Woodward. Even though he’s an arrogant jerk for part of the book, you know that’s not the real him. But it’s the guy he has become due to circumstances in his life. Like an overbearing and cruel father and a loveless childhood. They’ve all taken their toll on him and left him a shell of the man that he once was.
Jillian Pryor is sweet, beautiful and a bit naive. But aren’t we all at some point in our lives. I loved that she didn’t accept this new Mason. She knows that he really has a heart of gold and resolves to break through the walls he has built around his heart. She agrees to Mason’s plan to be his for three months, but she doesn’t know the motive behind it.
As she steadily chips away at the ice surrounding Mason’s heart, someone else has plans for Jillian. And that person will stop at nothing to remove her from Mason’s life.
I loved this book. I could not put it down. The sex scenes were scorching and I thoroughly enjoyed the suspense element to the storyline as well.
Queen in Play

Damn, this sequel was everything I was hoping it would be and more.
Jillian sure kept Mason on his toes in Queen in Play. No longer the naive college girl, she’s still hurting from how things went down in His Pawn but she’s determined to stand her ground. I really love that she goes toe to toe with Mason. But the heart wants what it wants and hers beats for Mason.
Mason evolved quite a bit as well. He’s less arrogant, but still very protective of Jillian. And it’s clear that he loves her as much as he loves to dominate her in the bedroom. And Christ on a cracker, the chemistry between them is explosive.
All in all, I love this series. I can’t get enough of Mason and Jillian. I love the suspense element, the scorching sex scenes, and the tender moments between the two. And I’m also curious about the secondary characters. Jackson - what is his deal? I’m dying to know what’s going on with him and Elyse.
End Game

With his father out of the picture, Mason thought he had eliminated all threats to his and Jillian's happiness. But someone else has stepped out of the shadows looking for payback and Mason will stop at nothing to keep Jillian safe.
One of the things I love the most about The Manhattan Tales series is the evolution of Mason and Jillian. Mason went from being a cold hearted arrogant jerk to a besotted fool in love. He's still ruthless, possessive, and extremely protective when it comes to Jillian, but the transformation he has undergone is heartwarming. Jillian has managed to thaw the ice around his heart and shown him that he deserves to love and be loved.
Jillian's transformation has been inspiring to watch as well. She went from naive college student in His Pawn to queen of Mason's heart. We saw her get stronger in Queen in Play, but she really comes into her own in End Game. Angry that he's been keeping her in the dark, she wants to help ease the burdens that are weighing Mason down.
And per the previous books, the sex scenes are smoking hot. I didn't think it was possible, but Ms. Thorne cranked up the heat even more.

Holy Moly, this series was freaking phenomenal! It was one of those series that you had to keep going and going and going and were unable to pause because it was THAT good!
Totally my type of series! A man seeking revenge on his former best friend and what better way than having his way with his little sister and then throwing it in his face! What Mason wasn't expecting was to fall head over heels for Jill, his best friend's little sister. She was way sweet, beautiful, kind and much younger than him but that didn't stop him from getting his way with her.
Jillian always harbored a crush on Mason, ever since she was 14 and he was already in his mid to late twenties at that time. But Mason and Jill's brother, Travis had a falling out and her family never knew what exactly happened between them. But there comes a time when desperate times calls for desperate measures and Jill had nowhere to go and didn't have a choice but to call Mason for help, even though it's been like 10 years since she last saw him. Is he still the same Mason she knew 10 years ago?
Mason takes advantage and asks Jill to be his little pet for a little bit. He is a dominating man with dominating needs so he is seeking to have Jillian to be his submissive. Wow! What an incredible journey Mason & Jillian go through! This series has it all; suspense, intrigue, unbelievably HOT sex, murder, lies, and a beautiful love story! I had the opportunity to read this ARC and am very grateful because this series was amazing! The sacrifices one makes to save the person you love knows no bounds and Mason definitely shows us that! Jillian is one strong woman and I loved her character. She has to endure some heartache but in the end it is all worth it! Mason will melt your panties and make you wish you had a Mason in your life; I know I do. Also, there are some other hotties in this book as well and I hope to learn more about them!! Can't wait to read more from this astounding new author, Willa Thorne!!

Best smut book out there. #1 dirty talking, alpha male, off the charts sexy scenes story you can buy. The story was intriguing without being too over the top. The past entwined with the present that leads up to questions and answers was so satisfying. Book 3 brought everything home. Mason, Mason, Mason what a sexy man! FSOG, Bare to you could not touch this! Can't wait to read more from this author!

This was my first book(s) by Willa Thorne and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire series! It was steamy, sexy, suspenseful and full of secrets.
We meet Mason Woodward – billionaire, controlling, dominant, and sexual being. He is in control in all things including in the bedroom.
“I want my sexual needs satisfied, Ms. Pryor. I’m a very difficult man to please.”
Jillian Pryor, aka Jilly Bean, is Travis’ little sister. But now she is all grown up and beautiful. She will be the perfect revenge for Travis sleeping with his fiancée.
“If Travis could take the love of my life from me, then I could take his little sister. An eye for an eye.”
But what happens when the sexual chemistry is so sizzling that he can’t give her up; when she gets under his skin and reveals the true Mason; when he can no longer go through with his revenge.
“I’m not giving up on you, Mason Woodward. Stop trying to push me away,” she whispered quietly.
I couldn’t put this series down. Every time a new twist or turn came, I had to know what was going to happen next. It had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. And I definitely needed a change of panties many times too.

I will definitely be reading Ms. Thorne again and can’t wait to get my hands on Elyse and Jackson’s story! My only complaint I had throughout the entire series that at times it seemed a bit repetitive, but if I had read them as individual books, I’m not sure I would have thought that. But I am so glad that I didn’t have to wait because those cliffhangers would have killed me. This is a must read for anyone who enjoys hot sex, a controlling alpha, a feisty heroine, and a story of love filled with secrets, revenge, and so much more! (4 stars)

My first book series by Willa and I loved every second of this story! She sucks you in right away with her passionate story telling and attention to detail. I did not want to put this book down! The twists and turns and the love and heartbreak kept me turning the pages. I needed to know what happened. This is a must read! Great Job Willa...please keep telling amazing stories!

The Manhattan series gripped me from start to end, I enjoyed it so much that I didn’t want it to end. This is the first book/series I have read of Willa Thorne’s so I wasn’t sure what to expect at first but I really enjoyed her style of writing and the way she worded some of the the story.
Mason Woodward is a hot, powerful billionaire that has a plan for revenge hidden behind his charm.
Julian Prior is young and sweet but she is also tough and fights for what she believes is right! She also has a big heart, so big that when she loves someone she loves them with all of her heart.
When mason and Julian get together, their relationship is explosive and full of passion for one another. But like any relationship, Mason and Julian have their ups and downs.
Can Julian move on from being Mason’s pawn?
