This was the first of KC Rice's books I have read and certainly wont be the last. I do however suggest that readers start at the beginning of the series with Book 1 to fully enjoy the suspense, intrigue and allow the story to unfold as it should.
Follow the heroine Kaycee through a world of art forgeries and erotic encounters as she tracks down the source of fake works of art. You will feel the tension and emotions running wild, see the characters come to life as you read. This is one book you won't want to put down.

K C Rice, is well on the way to becoming a Best Selling author.

Absolutely love KC Rice's work.
This is the second book in the Tattered series, and will keep you on the edge of your seat even more than the first.
So much going on that with a little more communication would have been revealed much sooner. Many lessons to be learned in this book!!
What is to become of Alaia and Jacque?...will Mason and Kaycee have a future?..What's in store for Alex? I need answers!
Off to find book 3

Perfect conclusion

I loved book 2. It introduved other characters to the playing field. But it perfectly rounded the circle for kaycee and mason.. to be apart for so long and to come back together. To pain and heart ache. Together they must fight though the pain caused by one another to find happiness

Wow more suspense, drama and romance in this second book from the series. Kaycee is trying to get over Mason and move forward, all the while Mason is still trying to stay on the right side of things but his reasons for letting Kaycee go are about to become void. Can Kaycee move past things to see the truth and will Mason hold onto her this time?
Wow there is so much going on and then each character coming into the full story. The story keeps mounting throughout the book, the characters are great. The past coming back to haunt our characters is thrilling. The romance is still beautiful even though most of this book is based around the illegal plot surrounding Mason. The sex scenes are very descriptive and hot as hell. You have to know what happens next with all our characters. Will we get the HEA? Would recommend

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

I liked that we got to follow up on Kaycees and Masons relationship but I don't think there was enough interaction with them in this book. They had to compete with Alaia, her son Jacque, Alex, Seth. There is just to many characters and so much going on. I think the book would of been better if each character had there own love story book instead of them all competing for attention in the book. I didn't care for the French words in the book its took me out of the story every time.
The story line is great I love many aspects. It has great amount of drama, bad guys, love, kindness. They all off set each well and in a believable matter.
This is a book 2. You must read book 1 first to follow along since its a continuation. This book is also open ended for a book 3.

Gifted a copy in exchange for honest review:

This series definitely needs to be read in order to appreciate all the intricacies and the character development. This series offers the reader lust, sex, suspense, betrayal, illegal activity and so much more. I was not ready for the book to end. It is like watching a movie and not knowing what is going to happen next. Looking forward to reading book 3 when it comes out. I was sitting on the edge of my seat when I finished this book.

Note: There are triggers for many in this book. Kidnapping, abuse, and illegal activities. For the grammar police, there are some issues but please give the book a chance. It really is a great story/plot.

WOW! Not only do we get to see what happens with Kaylee after graduation, but we meet Alaia and Jacque. This story was so good and drew me in. The way this book ended, made me SO CRAZY. I can't wait for the next book.
