Tessellations are shapes that fit together to cover a surface without gaps or overlaps. Regular polygon tessellations are those in which the individual shapes are polygons with sides of equal length and angles that are all the same. This book makes such tessellations accessible to a wide age range. Coloring the designs can be performed by younger children, while included activities will challenge older children and adults alike. Features twenty-four 8-1/25" x 11" pages of tessellations, including the three regular and eight semi-regular tessellations. There are five activities that can be performed on each page.
