Way too short

This book was way too short to get invested in the storyline, too short to flush out a plot, too short for a decent sex scene. I believe if this book gets reworked, it would benefit from some more character building and relationship enhancement. Oh and a decent plot.

GOODNESS GRACIOUS ME! I absolutely love shifters they are definitely my favorite kind of book to read! I will never get tired of reading Kate Kent books, I don't know about anyone else's but to me her writing is Spectacular. This is the first book in the “Curvy Girls Mail Order Brides Club, it's a great start to a new series, and as I really enjoy reading menages I am happy that I got to read this one. How fantastic it would be for six curvy friends to come together and find men who want to love and will cherish them forever. Portia Castle, Beth Morris, Fran Douglas, Jenna Johnson, Carrie Winters and Blair Snyder decides to form the Curvy Girls Mail Order Brides Club for shifters only, because they are sick and tired of men using them because of their curves, the men feel that the women can't find men to want them as they are curvy. The first one Portia picks is Carrie Winters but when Carrie arrives at the home of her shifter Troy Lewis she gets the surprise of her life not only is Troy a hunk but he has a identical twin Fletch. Can you imagine not one but two. The story is funny and you will laugh out loud a lot. Kate Kent hit the ball out the park with this one.

I recieved this book as an ARC for an honest review. It is book 1 in the new series Curvy Girls Mail Order Brides and is a stand alone story with an awesome HEA. I recommend to all shifter lovers. Claire has never been in love and is looking for her forever man. What she gets is way more than she was expecting. This is a hot, sweet and wonderful read. Looking forward to the next story in the series.

The writing here is not bad, what is bad is the cliches. Big girls seeking love, no human men could like them etc. etc. It still baffles me when I read a line that says something like, I really love my body and he's looking at me with total adoration but now I'm scared he won't like me. If you're confident and like yourself you wouldn't have doubts when it's time to do the do. That continues to be a theme in the "bbw" genre that gets on my last nerve.

Oh if it was only true lol

Curvy woman that are just tired of all the cheating, mental abuse and them having to take care of the man. What do they do make an app for curvy woman to meet shifter men. Carrie is the first one to meet a shifter and if it works out for her. Then they will add more curvy girls to the app. Read the book to found out how Carrie did. You will love the book

Not my favorite book from this author, as I found it a bit too fast paced in places. It felt like it was being rushed, leaving many holes where I felt the author could have created a much more detailed story. Overall, the book was good, and I loved the storyline, and the characters are easy to relate to, and the ending more what I would expect from Ms. Kent. A cute short that is definitely an easy bedtime read.

This was a really good book , it was a short story but sometimes that's just what you need!
Definitely looking forward to checking out the next story... Carrie's a curvy girl and with her friends they start a web site male order bride website. ,
the male characters Fletch and Troy are brothers and true Alpha males, hot and sexy!! Great story and well written!

Too Fast!

This book was pretty good because everything in this book felt rushed.

Troy picked Carrie out as a match; she met Fletcher his twin brother who later admits to having feelings for Carrie too. Troy tells Carrie about Triads & next thing you know they’re all having sex to get mated. The end.

Kate Kent is an awesome short story author. I love her mail order bride’s books. She goes from series, right into another one. This first book in the “Curvy Girls Mail Order Brides Club” series is very well written. I being a curvy girl know how hard it is to find a man to love me for me, so I could really sympathize with these friends trying to find love. I myself would rather a BEAR shifter, but a cheetah isn’t a bad choice. I thought the start of the book was AWESOME, because of the one girl gets picked first without her friend even asking her to be the test case. That is how we are grabbed at the beginning of the book to draw us in. I have heard a few people using the term “cancels” for fat ankles, and I laughed till I cried at how they were discussing this at the beginning of the book. Kate Kent rocked this book. You will laugh, jump up and down, and dream of two Cheetah hunks for yourself. I would definitely recommend this book for mature readers 18 years of age or older because of the sexual content.

Carrie Winters and her friends, Beth Morris, Jenna Johnson, Fran Douglas, Blair Snyder, and Portia Castle are six curvy, beautiful and sexual women, who are all tired of men using them because they are curvy and the men feel as though they can use them because they are curvy and nobody would want them. So their friend, Portia Castle designs the Curvy Mail Order Brides Club for them. With on stipulation that it is for Shifter men only!! Plus, Portia picks Carrie to be the first bride for the club because she had one guy with picture that asked for Carrie by name. Carrie is skeptical about this from the get go, but she so wants love and a family so she gives in and goes to Kirby City to meet her cheetah shifter. When Carrie arrives at his house boy does she get the surprise of her life. When Carrie arrives in Kirby City at the home of her shifter Troy Lewis she gets the surprise of her life, and boy was it a big surprise too. Not only was Troy the hunk he was on the website, but there was another. Troy has a twin who is identical to Troy. Oh, man imagine how Carrie felt when she found she had not one gorgeous shifter, but two to satisfy her every whim, but problems had to be worked out first.

Troy Lewis and his identical twin Fletch are shifter from Kirby City who both want Carrie. Troy is a scientist working at Kirby Laboratories, and Fletch works in maintenance. They both have to live with the fact that one of them may have to give her up if she won’t have them both. Will one or both get or lose Carrie because she can’t see living with them both? Or will all three live happily ever after?

If you’re looking for a fast paced shifter romance then this series is for you. Cheetah’s Craving is the first book of Kate’s that I read and definitely wasn’t the last – I binge read the rest of the series within two hours! The only thing that I would have loved was to have Troy and Fletch’s points of view! I wanted to know what they were thinking. I liked Carrie but I will admit that she annoyed me at one point; she secretly wanted both brothers yet when Troy announced that he and his brother wanted to share her, she was outraged! She came across a bit of a hypocrite when she did that – in my opinion. Kate’s writing is easy to follow and soon draws you in. I cannot wait to discover more of Kate’s books.

Fed up of being treated badly for having curves, Carrie and her group of friends start a curvy mail order brides club. The group is anxious but excited at the prospect of finding their forever mate and it isn’t long until Carrie is announced to be the first to meet her mate. When she turns up at Troy’s house and he answers the door she is left confused when he acts like he wasn’t expecting her but she soon learns that the hunk standing in front of her is in fact Troy’s twin brother Fletch! When Carrie is eventually introduced to Troy she is shocked to find him in bed, sick, after a suspected poisoning. After Troy recovers, he and Carrie grow closer and soon fall for one another but will they both admit to each other that they want Fletch to join their relationship?

WOW, I received this for a honest review. I just love Kate Kent’s books. Add a shifter and then a threesome in the mix and you got one hell of a story. Awesome job. This is going to be such a great series. This book is about Carrie Winters but I can not wait to read upcoming books about Beth, Jenna, Fran, Blair, and Portia.

These 6 girls formed a dating site for curvy women which was called “Curvy Girls Mail Order Brides Club”. What was funny when Portia announced that it was not only for curvy girls but also only for shifter men. These girls had to be shocked.

Carrie begin her journey to Kirby City to meet the shifter that chose her from her other 5 friends. She was nervous and wonder how well it would go. I thought it was funny when she met Fletch. Fletch was Travis’ twin. Travis was the one that had order a mail order bride and chose Carrie.

There will be some challenges along the way. There will pain, passion, and division. I can not imagine what Travis felt when his brother came to him letting him know he was also in love with Carrie and thought they should share her. How will Troy handle the news? How will Carrie handle the news?

This is a hot steamy story and well worth a read.

This is a great start to this series. A circle of BBW friends come up with the idea of opening a Curvy Girls Mail Order Brides Mating Club online and they are the newest members ready and willing to give it a try...Only stipulation, only shifters need apply.

Jessica is the first one to be chosen on the new site and it was instatanious...She was chosen by a Cheetah shifter! She has to go over to Kirby City to meet her match and what a surprise she receives when he opens the door... He is not her cheetah, but his twin Fletch and he seems to be a bad boy, not at all like Troy who is a scientist for the big Pharma owned by a shifter.. For some reason she is attracted to the bad boy and this really upsets her because she feels the same for Troy!

In the meantime, someone at Kirby Pharmaceuticals is stealing ideas. Also someone is trying to steal from them and it seems the other Pharma Co. in the town over isn't as well meaning as everyone thinks and things could get ugly .

Can't wait to read the next book in this series cause I know it's going to be full of intrigue and surprises.

Carrie and her friends on a mission to find the right men, decide to create a Curvy Girl Mail Order Bride website. Meeting Fletch and Troy, twin Cheetah shifters, how is a girl to choose?

This was a fun, quick story; and I really liked the whole idea. There is plenty of excitement in this short read. The characters are well matched and have great chemistry. Here is the only negative for me. I wanted more of everything. I wanted more descriptions, more scenes with the characters getting to know one another, more about the people at the company and what happened to Troy. The scenes are almost like a flash then proof another flash. There is no build-up to the next scene, no build-up of real emotion. Now, I do realize this is a quick read and there is only so much that can fit into a story this size. But, I would have given it a bucket of stars if it had been a bit longer and everything expanded, because there is so much potential here for more. But that being said, I really did enjoy it and I can't wait to see what happens with the rest of the series and the other girls.

Six women who haven't had the best of luck with men from abuse to cheating till they decide to create a club. Beth Johnson, Fran Douglas, Blair Snyder, Jenna Johnson, Portia Castle, and Carrie Winters start the 'Curvy Girls Mail Order Brides Club' now since Portia set the online site up she made some decisions all on her own , then told the others 'like looking for shifter only men', in a certain town who worked for a certain company and even had the owner in favor of it . They may open the club to others after they find their mates. Carrie was the first ask for (to her surprise, finding out the night Portia told them it was up and already had a request for Carrie and they were going there for her to work and Carrie to meet her guy ( boy will that bring some funny surprises). All the girls are different types, but have been best friends for years .

This new series features six curvy women who have had awful luck in the man department and have decided to start Curvy Girls Mail Order Brides Club shifter men and curvy women only.In this first book Carrie is the first of the girls to get matched .When she arrives in Kirby City to meet her mate she's gets some surprises one of which is that her mate has a twin .Two hot shifters and one curvy girl looking for her forever man or if she's open to it possibly forever men.I loved this story from start to finish and can't wait for the next book in this series.I definitely recommend this book to other adult readers who are looking for a sizzling hot shifter read.

Wow what a read. 6 curvy women are tired of meeting men that never want them. They decide to start a mail order bride site and Carrie is up first. She has been matched with a scientist from Kirby labs. She is nervous and scared but shifters mate for life and she has decided to go for it. When she meets Troy for the first time, he is sick and thinks it's poison. They get to know one another and as shifters go, they hit it off immediately. The only problem is his brother Fletch. He is dreamy and she wants him too. What will Troy do? Can they have a future together?

Excellent read. This author always knows how to draw you in and keep hold until the last page.

Awesome first book to a new series of self-contained stories.
These six women start the “Curvy Girls Mail Order Brides Club” to help them find loving partners. Portia Castle get the site and other things set up and started. Even finds a town within an hour of where they live, full of shifter, to start the process of looking for a shifter mate. In this story Carrie Winters is up first with one of the men working for Kirby Laboratories seeing her profile and wanting a date right off the bat. Kirby City is full of shifters but few women so the owner “Jax Kirby” is fully on board if it helps to keep his employees there and happy. Well written and fun story to read.

Great start to a new series. I found this story to be a quick interesting read no real drama occurred but everything's flow well. I would've like a little more information on Troy tempted attack all we got was speculations no real facts to back up their theory. The story does has some suspenseful aspects so I'm hoping we'll get more information on the strange things happening in Kirby Pharmaceutical company. OMG what a great start to a series, I loved the prelude of the book, I could just tell that Fletcher felt an instant attraction to Carrie, even though Troy " ordered " her. I can't wait for the next book, I hope we learn more about who may have messed with Troys coffee, this is a quick hot story
