Lauren devises a plan to present this discovery to the world. After getting to the morgue, the lights flicker giving Lauren an uneasy feeling. Trying to get out as fast as possible, she plows through an alien assailant and escapes the morgue.

Arkhan is the next member of the Guild assigned to recover the dead alien and eliminate the humans who know about it. Upon arriving, he feels what is known to his people as the pull, and decides to save Lauren and Doug and find a way to escape the sweeping hand of death.

Lauren, Arkhan, and trusty sidekick Doug find themselves in a race against time to recover the bodies still at the morgue, take out the aliens hunting them and escape Earth. Through this adventure, Lauren and Arkhan find what they thought they never would, love.

Arkhan is a complete, standalone short novel set in the same universe as Zanthran To The Rescue.
