This book is full of so much information that you don't realize you need to know until you read it. It is exciting, and unlike some of the devotionals and non-fictionals it is not bewildering it is clear and concise. I cannot tell you how much I have been looking for this information, how many books that say they will tell you all about Spiritual Warfare but you end up reading about their experiences and opinions, not Biblically backed up whereas this is backed up by the Bible. Who knew that objects in the house could have demons attached to them and that is just the tip of the iceberg. It is a major read for your library. I was given the book for an honest review.

I couldn't wait to tell you how this book changed my life, even after I had just read a few chapters. God has used this powerful book to help save my marriage and home. As I was reading Chuck, Pierce and Wagner's book, I prayed to the Holy Spirit and he revealed to me two evil strongholds in my home and office. I found a Laughing Buddha at home that had a stronghold that was creating unrest and constant quarrels. Our teenage daughter was constantly moody and picking unnecessary fights with me. There was an item from another source that was widening a drift between my husband and me. Thank you for this release.

This book has served as a guide to lead me into spiritual maturity and growth. Right from the chapters that dealt with generational curses and the occult, my spiritual eyes have opened to ways that I have kept my home and personal life open to the attacks of Satan.

Every family will benefit from learning how to fill their homes with God's glory and ways to protect themselves. The spiritual inventory and ways to cleanse a home need special mention.

If you think it's important to know the enemy you fight against, it's more important to know the God who loves you. The chapter on Faith and repentance with the Checkmate story has created a deep impression in my heart. Discerning and following God's will is the key to effectively fighting the forces of darkness.

I simply loved the analogy of how Satan deceives us from the realizing the promises of God in our lives by making us staying around Mount Sinai and forget there ever was a Promised Land we were journeying towards...

Last section of the book (on protecting your household) was most helpful for me. The first section seemed a bit presumptuous, and the second a bit simplified. Overall, good exposure to things outside of my background though!
