Her other Soul Surfer Devotional was my daily devotional for some years and my copy is in sad condition from how much I used and loved it. “Rise Above” is definitely aimed for younger girls due to it’s wordings and messages, but it’s still a good devotional. :)
Ich fand es schon vor 7 Jahren toll und finde es auch immer noch Mega! Man kann immer etwas mitnehmen und im Glauben wachsen. Finde Bethany ist einfach eine echt inspirierende Person. Definitive Empfehlung 4,75/5⭐️
It was quite an inspirational 90-day devotional. It talks you through methods and advice on how to handle anything that comes your way (in her case a shark attack). It really does make you think about what you could do with God that we may not do everyday because it’s not apart of our day-to-day routine. It’s also interesting exploring a little bit about her and her thoughts about her attack and how she uses her interviews as a time to talk about the Lord.
