The author goes into deep details about the causes of allergies and options for reducing or eliminating your symptoms. I knew I was allergic to cats, it was easy to figure out on my own. Understanding how to find food allergies helped me figure out I am allergic to almonds and I've since eliminated them from my diet. If you or someone in your family suffers from allergies, figuring out foods not to eat can quickly improve someone's quality of life....this book can help you understand and deal with challenges that come from living with allergies.

This is an interesting book that doesn't take into account the fact that some people with one type of allergy may also have other allergies - ones that specifically prevent them from using some of the remedies suggested in this book.
