The journey through Alzheimer's has seldom been told by the person afflicted with this tragic disease. Reading Robert's story has given me a new understanding of the emotional pain inflicted on the sufferer of Alzheimer's. The confusion and fear that accompany the early symptoms, before diagnosis, interfere with everday life in a dramatic way. Families facing this devastating diagnosis will find comfort and hope in Robert's journey. This is an important book for anyone interested in learning how one man decided to do everything possible to fight the intrusive disease we call Alzhemer's. I highly recommend this book for every family dealing with the trials and struggles of Alzheimer's Disease.
