Much enjoyed Grace's work at American Vogue. Not really interested in the magazine but for some reason a lot of Grace's work speaks to me on a deeper level. All she does has a certain dreamy quality about it that transcents reality and gives you access to a fantasy for just a moment.

Helps me reflect a certain point in history, think about philosophy or just regular old politics. While I don't believe fashion is art fashion photography really does bring out the intention and subtext that usually does encase art.

A book that I will surely come back to. It always is an inspiration.

I wanted to SEE some of the remarkable photos she talks about in her memoir.
