Codeine is a highly effective pain medication, and is usually combined with other ingredients and sold as over-the-counter brand name painkillers used by millions worldwide. I found this simple little book extremely helpful probably not for extreme addictions but for anyone who has had the misfortune to find themselves stuck in this habit of taking low dosage codeine several times a day after genuine illness it's brilliant
