Short but addictive

I read the first 4 books on this series despite not being my typical read because I wanted to support these two amazing authors. The series is the opposite of everything I typically read, short and romance and let's just be blunt, not straight. However, it is well done (not suprisingly), I ovoid romance because I don't like overly detailed smut and a predictable storyline and once again this is the complete oppositeand I loved it. I am very glad I waited to read them until book 6 was released but only because I am plowing through them and couldn't imagine waiting for the next ones to come out. Great job, I hope you keep on writing for a long time to keep my tbr stock piled full!

This one was a bit more distrubing as a rape scene in a book is always hard for me to get through. While I've thankfully never been a victim I know those who have. I don't think having sex immediately after the attempted rape is something that would actually happen. And then to have Thomas just wash his hands, walk away and never look back.....this can't happen. Micah so needs him in his life. I've just grown to love these two together in the few short stories I've read.

Well that was unpredictable….

I got surprised to the point of scared. Almost wound up putting the book down. I’m still scared by a certain red wedding author.
But the stranger 4 delivered.

Needs a CW!!!

Wow - I was blindsided by an attempted r@pe scene that was very detailed. NO warning was given at the start of the book.
Other than this, the story was 3.5 stars.
