The Highlands have all been reunited at Highland House, but this clan has an enemy on its back.
Crawford and Mila are rediscovering their love. Striker and Presley are working through the shadows of the past. And Hudson and Riley are overwhelmed with family.
But when an enemy brings them all together, will the Highlands band as one clan or will the evil haunting them tear this bear family apart?
The men will have to do everything in their power to prove to their mates that above all nothing else matters, but to protect and guard the families they love.
Meredith Clarke likes long walks in the trees and drinking sangria. Yeah for real. Like Edward Sparkly Cullen style. She writes alpha male yet cuddly characters and the hot women that love them. Open a book or two, eat a smore, and cuddle up with the men of Meredith Clarke.
This story was OK, but it bothered me how the men didn't let the women have much input in how to resolve their problem. They just automatically went into protection mode, assuming that was the best thing for their families. And I won't give spoilers, but I absolutely hated how Crawford resolved the problem, again without making sure his mate was OK with it.
The Highlands have all been reunited at Highland House, but this clan has an enemy on its back. I really hope that this series continues, I would love to see more about the families and eventually what happens with Henry. I received a free copy of this book and volunteered to review it
