Utter bullshit. Superstitious rubbish. Even though the author says that the book should not be considered true in all aspects, he says that some aspects of the book are true. But 100% of the book is bullshit. Because physical appearance has nothing to do with ones character. The book says people with uneven teeth, dark skin, hairy legs, physical disabilities etc will never define what ones character is, or how rich the person will be or how long they will live. The author believes in palmistry and claims that it is true. From this it is clear that he doesn't have even a miniscule amount of rationality and just says whatever he believes are true.
