I really loved this book. I liked how it started in Dolly's point a view and she starts to tell a story about her clients. Then it goes in Avery and Logan's point of view. I really liked these characters. This book really has a lot going for it.(Love, sex, murder, stalkers, and killer secrets) What's not to love.

Finding Your Perfect Match!

Wow!  I had some hesitation when I first read this book because I am not into a lot of drama but I couldn't put it down and fell in love with this couple!  Logan Davenport is a billionaire after selling to Google but what people don't understand is what he REALLY does for a living.  He usually wakes up each morning with a different woman in his bed and while he goes off to surf, his housekeeper gets rid of them before he comes back.  That is until his Aunt Dolly, billionaire matchmaker, sets him up with Avery Lewis and he actually starts to fall in love for the very first time.
Avery hasn't had the best of luck with dating.  Her current ex-boyfriend is a total nut case and stalker.  When she meets Logan as his date to his brother's engagement party, she definitely is feeling an instant attraction.  The problem is that Logan's ex-girlfriend is also there and tells her about her current status with Logan.  Even though Avery doesn't know how she feels about all this, she decides to go to his brother's wedding with him.  While at the resort, she starts to think the worst of Logan, as in she thinks he is in to some illegal activity.
These two go through some serious obstacles and in the end they find each other.  I absolutely LOVED this book and recommend it as a must read!  Received an ARC for an honest review.

This was honestly too short for me to have formed a viable opinion. Given its length, I wasn't able to get a good sense of either the H/h.

I wish that it had stopped after the two had met, but for now, for me, it is a bit unformed and doesn't inspire me to continue.

The premise was ok - it had promise, but again, this was too short to flush out.

It simply didn't grab my attention enough to continue the series, and especially not at $2.99 a pop, ESPECIALLY not if the remaining books in the series are as short as this.

Rcvd ARC for a honest review. And honestly it was better than i anticipated. Dolly, a billionaire matchmaker decides to set up her playboy nephew, Logan, with a woman who is far from his usual trampy type. Avery is a business owner who got a gc for dollys matchmaking fir her 25th bday. As such she is to accompany logan to his brothers enagement party and is immediate struck on how handsome he is. Logan is speechless at the sight of avery and its a punch in the gut. Avery is dealing with her ex breaking his restraining order while logan is dealing with a BIG secret from everyone. At his brothers Mexican wedding...it seems both their lives are changed...but it is for the good or the bad?

This is perhaps my favourite book by Charlotte Byrd. Logan is full of secrets and he has a habit of underestimating Avery in the beginning. Even calling her average looking. But I liked that about this book. Every emotion, every thought was fought for. It didn't just happen. It wasn't too easy. It felt real. At moments I hated Logan. At others I loved him. Plot twists galour, this book was beautiful. There were typos and I'm a bit of a perfectionist so that was a difficulty for me but it was easy to overlook because I loved the characters. A few less typos and this book would definitely have been a four star book for me.

I love Logan and Avery! Their story is real, raw, and unpredictable. Avery is every woman who has ever been in a bad relationship and trying to get back in the dating scene. She’s apprehensive, worried, full of doubt, and questions her potential suitors motives. Who can blame her with that crazy ex-boyfriend turned stalker. Thankfully dolly is there to save the day. Logan is just what the dr ordered. He’s full of life, high libido, and looking for a companion. Little does he know Avery will end his bachelorhood and chance everything he knows about love.

Logan is a man who isnt the relationship type, he has only had one relationship and the longest it lasted was a few months, granted he isnt a cheater but he would prefer to not be tied down so he can sleep with different woman all the time, and be the playboy he is know for being. Avery is a woman who has been hurt by men specifically her ex so she is very weary about men in general when it comes to having relationships. So when it comes to her birthday and her friend gives her a gift for a Matchmaker consultant she is def not interested in first, until her friend says to at least just go talk with the Lady and see how it goes.

What I enjoyed most about Malibu Connection A Billionaire Matchmaker is watching a Man who never thought he would find a woman he would enjoy spending time with inside and outside the sheets, but with Avery things are different he misses her when they are apart, he just feels so different, so different that his family even takes notice of his happiness. Avery has been treated badly by her ex so at first she is hesitant about Logan but then starts to feel more for him and really likes him, it seems that the Matchmaker Dolly really knows her stuff when it comes to matching couples together as no one would have thought that Logan and Avery would have made it, more specific the both of them.

This book was fantastic, it was a great easy read, very entertaining from the first page till the last. This story is about a very Rich playboy who loves the waves and loves woman just as much but only in the pleasure department. But Avery can see there is more to his story then he lets on, a secret of sorts that she wants to figure out, dont forget the crazy ex that just wont go away. A love story. If you enjoy stories like this, then Malibu Connection A Billionaire Matchmaker is a must!!

I received an ARC for an honest review

Avery's flower business keeps her busy but there is something missing. When her friend gives her a free consultation To a matchmaker she decides to try it out. What harm could it do anyways?

Logan is a bachelor through and through. Why settle down when he can be with a new lady or two a night? Billionaire from selling his start up company he's sitting pretty. But he has a secret job he wants out of that nobody knows about and when he meets Avery he is even more ready to leave.

The romance between these two was sweet. It moved quickly but their chemistry with each other seemed to work for them. She was smart and independent not needing Logan and she wasn't fake or superficial. Logan seemed fun and even though he didn't whisk her of her feet he still showed he cared in other ways.

My issues were there was a few wording issues such as repeat of the same few words in a sentence and there was a lot of he did this he did that over and over.

Avery is enjoying running her business and not looking for romance. Her friend decides to hook her up with a matchmaker. It leads to an unlikely pairing with billionaire named Logan. Logan is enjoying having fun with women after selling his software business and not looking for a relationship either. They have amazing chemistry and it makes them consider taking a chance on something more. There are plenty of complications and secrets that impact their desire to be together.

It is a quick read and I enjoyed the story. The introduction to Logan does not make a very positive impression but you later realize there is more to him than it appeared. I like that the author alternates the narration of the story between Avery and Luke. It gives you a better understanding of their motivations and actions. I really liked Dolly and would like to learn about more of her successful matchmaking attempts.

What do a retired banking startup billionaire and a floral shop owner have in common? Oh Aunt Dolly. Avery has been given a gift certificate to The Billionaire Matchmaker Dolly Monroe. The gift certificate from her best friend.

Logan have done nothing but play the field since he retired after selling his company and does not keep a steady girlfriend and is not looking for one. His brother is getting married and he needs a respectable date.

Avery has worked hard to build up her business and has left no time to date. Her friend gives her a gift certificate to the billionaire Matchmaker. She is thinking that she won't make a connection but decides to meet with the Matchmaker anyway.

Can two opposites make a connection? Can they see past their own egos or preconceptions about each other to make this work?

Excellent contemporary billionaire matchmaker romance with some intrigue & suspense. Ms. Byrd did a good job giving readers a good background on the main characters so we know why they act as they do. Logan sold his recent business to Google and ends up a billionaire. He loves women and surfing. His Aunt Dolly is a matchmaker. He doesn't have to work but he does have a commitment he has to honor. Avery is running her own floral shop and has her best friend working with her. She gets a matchmaking consultation as her 25th birthday gift. She and Logan meet. The story definitely takes some turns and twists which make the story interesting. There is also intrigue and suspense included to keep you turning pages. I received a free copy of this book solely in exchange for an honest opinion. I look forward to reading more books by Ms. Byrd in the future.

Avery is happy with her life, if only her ex would leave her alone. But on her 25th birthday, her best friend gives her a consultation with Dolly Monroe, a matchmaker. Dolly’s not just any matchmaker but a matchmaker to billionaires.

Dolly’s nephew Logan is a new billionaire. His small startup company has recently been acquired by Google so he has more money than he knows what to do with. He also has more women in his bed than he can count, but he knows what to do with them. He has a secret that he can’t share with anyone, and it could cause him no end of trouble if anyone finds out about it.

Malibu connection is a new series by Charlotte Byrd about Matchmaker to Billionaires, Dolly Monroe. It’s a fun, fast paced book. I look forward to more in this series.

Logan a billionaire who sold his tech company to Google for billions. His brother is getting married and he needs a date and his aunt Dolly a matchmaker is just the person to help him.
Avery a smart, witty floral shop owner who has an ex boyfriend who is pretty much stalking her, Dolly sees potential between Logan and Avery so she sets them up. The thing is not all is what the seem with Logan but his feelings grow for Avery there are obstacles in the way.
I enjoyed this book. I found it to be a quick read with romance, suspense and of course misunderstandings you generally find . The writing was good some what repetitive in some areas. I really liked Logan and Avery and Dolly was a lot of fun.

Overall I enjoyed the story.

Two different people with two different views on relationships? Avery a hard working young women that can't seem to rid her life from a past boyfriend and Logan, who's only goal in life seems to bed as many women as he can and that can also mean all at once!

Enter Dolly, a matchmaker, who with her knack to match anyone puts Avery and Logan together. Throw in the usual drama when it comes to two very different people, secrets, lies and suspense and we have the making of a great story.

I enjoyed reading this book, it everything I enjoy reading in a book, there was also great supporting characters to keep the story flowing. I look forward to reading more in this series.

Logan and Avery are not two you would think would get together. Avery is an entrepreneur who has been unlucky in love. Her best friend gives her a consultation with a match maker for her birthday as she thinks it is time for her to get back in the game after breaking up with her boyfriend months ago. Logan is a love'em and leave'em billionaire that gets what he wants and does not think he will ever marry. He has a secret that no one knows about that leads to some interesting situations. This is a lovely funny read some times predictable and with some twists and turns. I enjoyed it, hopefully you will as well.

I really enjoyed this book. The characters were so colorful - from Aunt Dottie, the billionaire matchmaker who swears by high heels and high hair, to the crazy exs, and, of course the main characters. But I really like a book where the ancillary characters are almost as engaging as the main ones.

Avery and Logan were matched by Dottie and, despite their reservations about her matchmaking, were drawn together immediately. Their fledgling relationship had some major hurdles to overcome, but I loved the story and its fast pace

This book consist of two reads. Both stories were ok but I must say I do prefer the second.

Avery and Logan
This story was a quick and easy, sweet romantic read. The connection between Avery and Logan was there from the start. I like how easy it was with the friendships formed in this book but at times it feels unrealistic to me.

Finn and Chloe
I loved this story. Finn makes a nice change to the guys in my other romantic reads. His character was not of a bad boy and I loved that. I like the gradual romance between him and Chloe and enjoyed every minute of it.

I did receive this book as a free ARC copy in exchange for an honest review.

In this story we find Avery, a hard working florist being set up by Dolly a billionaire matchmaker.

Avery hasn't dated in awhile due to her psycho ex boyfriend who is stalking her. However, she enjoys her time with the billionaire, Logan.

The first date, Logan takes her to his brother's engagement party. Not a typical first date, but at least they were able to talk and get to know each other. Logan's ex girlfriend comes up to Avery talking to her. Which of course is never good.

Everyone is telling Avery what a bad boy at relationships Logan is. But maybe he just hasn't found the right one yet.

I absolutely loved this book. Take a guy that seems like an ordinary rich guy playboy and find out he has a secret life no one knows about. And throw him together with the girl next door type and you get an awesome romance book with a little bit of everything. Such as sex, violence, petty arguments and falling in love. I really enjoyed this book and hated that it had to end. I wanted it to keep going. I absolutely love Charlotte Byrd. Her books are absolutely amazing she has not disappointed me yet on her books. Can't wait to read more.

well this book was so fresh that I really liked reading it, the story have some great characters. Aunty Dolly is so real, not obnoxious at all, Logan is pretty good too. I liked that even when he loves his bachelor life he falls in love with Avery, who isn't near what he always liked.
This book have some small twist just enough to propel the story to the next level.
give it a chance!!

I liked this book. Avery gets a free consultation with Dolly for her birthday. Dolly is a professional matchmaker. She sets Avery up with her nephew Logan. Logan didn't make a good impression on me at first. He was very arrogant and conceited. And he was hiding a secret that would tear them apart. Just when you think everything is good the plot twist hits and we are left wondering what happened. Overall a very good book to read.

I received a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. Logan is the perfect example of a billionaire playboy, Avery is a good girl. And Logan is a CIA assassin. When Avery sees him kill someone she freaks out and runs away from him. Logan is afraid she won't believe that he's not just a murderer. This is a fast paced love/suspense story that I couldn't put down. The story and characters are intriguing and enjoyable.

I really did you the stories, but the female character, we're cold, they never did own up to there own sarcasm and stuff. But would jump to conclusion or just leave if the men did the same thing. That is why I gave 4 instead of a 5. But other that, it was a excellent set of stories about billionaire finding true love with a match maker. Like it or not.
