I'll be damned if the secrets and treachery wasn't at an all time high. Toni had me confused for a minute but I kept reading to make sure I wasn't going crazy. Brielle, Chelle and Meachy all found themselves caught up but I wasn't expecting the secrets that came about. Blake was just trifling and doing the most. Here I thought he was messing up one situation but so much more came with it. Brielle was wrong but it was nothing she could do to change the way things panned out. I liked Brandon and his boldness at dinner and that really had me cracking up. I was pissed about the lie he told at his office but I guess he was doing what he thought was best. Eliana seemed like a very sweet person and I hate how what she thought was something special was built from lies. Chelle and Meachy had me so confused but once I started understanding what was what it really threw me for a loop. Meachy's role wasn't excused but she didn't have to let everybody else's secrets out to save her own ass. I'll admit I had a wtf look once Chelle found out Brielle's secret because I was thinking how in the world can she be mad when she's no better. Monique was bitter and wanted her cake and eat it too. Her response to KJ let me know she didn't have it all. Once the secrets started flowing it was like they'd never end. So much trust was broken but the very secrets that destroyed so much also had some good to come about. As always great job Toni and I can't wait to see what you come out with next.
Everyone had a secret, I couldn't stop reading til I got to the end. I am so glad everyone got their happily ever after, even if it wasn't what they expected. This story was very relatable and one thing that you will see is that karma has a way of finding you when u least expect it. I would recommend everyone to read this story, there was never a dull moment. 5⭐️ book
This book had the markings of a 5 star it had one he'll of a plot but the author got a bit confused trying to maneuver around which caused it to feel rushed and parts left out
I don't even know where to start with this book. It had me glue to my kindle from the very first page. It was so many secret coming out that when I was able to process one her come another one. I definitely recommend this read.
What can I say? Toni you was drowning in creative juices. This book had the perfect title! I'm so glad for Brandon and Brie! This book had so much tea and I loved every minute. And that Meachy twist man that was good!! Great job
This is a great standalone read.. I mean with so many secrets coming out you can not get bored or lose interest. I don't like none of the characters cause their all scandalous will except for kj. I recommend you get this book asap.
Everybody in this story should be dropped kicked. Your brought into the lives of 3 best friends with 1 common denominator that push their relationship off the cliff. This is indeed a page turner that will leave in a awe of how they react. Blake is the absolute worse. He is selfish and self-centered. I hated the way he did Meachy but Orlando Cam through in the clutch. Chelly too, she pointed fingers at everyone but she was no saint herself. The secret that spill out in this tale will make you wide-eye. A few times I re-read just to make sure I read correctly. Very enjoyable and comical at the same time.
This book was good and the title definitely fits it. Just about everyone had a secret and the sad part is the secrets floated within their circle. I felt sorry for Chelle and Eliana because they were the only innocent ones being betrayed by the ones they loved. Nobody seemed to have any respect in this book. If so none of the events that took place wouldn't have happened. I highly recommend this book.
The title definitely matches the book. As many secrets were revealed. I honestly hated the girls friendship was ruined but I understood there wasn't anymore trust. Blake got what he deserved though, he was doing way too much. All of them were at fault. Monique was crazy or something trying to force Kj not to be in Brielle life. Overall I'd definitely recommend this book.
What a tangled mess of ratchetness. I first read this story in the Pain is Pleasure compilation that was supposed to come out every month. We all know that didn't happen. For a while I wondered how things really turned out for Brielle and the crew. Glad that the full novel was released to give readers the whole story. This book was truly entertaining and full of drama. A job very well done Tonii.
These group of friends must live in a bubble because 3 woman are sleeping with the same man ,Brielle is the girlfriend and her 2 friend slept with her man and got pregnant, it turns out only one woman is pregnant by him,but he has a baby by another woman. Brielle is not so innocent either because she has been sleeping with her best friends father and has kids with him
I loved this book and it was full of deceptions / betrayals . I had to get cheat sheet to keep up with names, connections, etc. I loved her everything came full circle with their betrayals to them all. It was a good read. I wish the chapters were designated to each character when you or referring to the character.
This was a pretty good book. I enjoyed the characters. It seemed like it was a lot going on. And the names were so similar I was getting confused. But I was able to follow. It was kinda predictable but with a twist which is what I like. My first time reading this author and looking forward to reading more from her. Great to read a "stand alone" novel.
I would recommend this book to a young adult. I was over it after the first chapter, couple supposed to be both in love and both are cheating. Just not my type of story.
Thoroughly loved the twists and turns of this book and all the unexpected outcomes. I could envision all they were going through as if my friends were telling me their lives.
The title definitely says it all. No clue how these woman were friends and remained friends as long as they did with all the secrets & lies going on. SMH Good read that makes you wonder why people do the things they do and still consider themselves your friends.
Def a lot of scandalous happenings going on between so called friends. It was hard for me to keep up with who was doing what to whom. I always grade a book by asking myself whether or not I would read it again. I would have to say no, I wouldn't.
This book had so many twists and turns that I was on edge. In the end, everyone played part in all of the drama that happened. This was a great standalone.
Friends Brielle, Meachy, Chelle all have something in common!!! This read took you on all kinds of twist and turns!! had me scratching my head going "wait what
This is my first book by this author and I enjoyed it. There were a few errors, but it did not take form story. A bunch of twists and turns. Secrets, secrets, and more secrets.
It was preeclampsia good but unrealistic. Elliott was a trip and should have d is closed his relationship. Did Brandon appreciate his relationship and marry Brielle
