This review is from: Happy Naturally: A Quick Guide to Supplements and Self-Help Tools for Depression and Anxiety (Kindle Edition) This was such a useful, insightful, informative book! It is written in a way that makes it easy to understand. It helps those suffering from anxiety and depression realize that they are not alone. I have never suffered from anxiety, but I have experienced depression during my life and she nails it! The tools given make so much sense and are easy to adopt into your routine. I love the way she is so real, open and truthful about her own experience. She uses down to earth easy to understand explanations about what is happening in your brain and body! GREAT READ! So easy to read understand and use! THANK YOU Dr. Allred for the "user friendly" guide to being " Happy Naturally"!
This was a fun, easy read, with MULTIPLE actions on how to better our mental health and achieve happiness. Dr Allred discussed options for better health, just as you would discuss with a friend (with medical knowledge no less!). The tone was conversational, leading me to think I could have a great conversation with her about this topic at any time. Easy items to change our mindset when we are ina bit of a slump. Gave me MUCH to think about and to assess my own self, as her points are though provoking and are practical for everyone if we just take action! Highly recommended for everyone to read!
