She’s the last person he has time for, but Finn’s never been able to turn his back on someone in trouble. Can the kind-hearted offensive lineman be won over by Nelson High’s party girl?
It’s nearly spring break. Mack is leaving for New Zealand to win back his girl, and he asks Finn (Tank) to do him a favor—keep an eye on his little sister, Layla. Finn has his reservations about the party girl, but he isn’t about to let one of his best friends down, so he agrees. Unfortunately for him, he has no idea what he’s getting into…or the effect this dynamic beauty will have on him.
Layla likes to party. It’s the only sure-fire medicine for helping her forget the fact that her father’s dead and a new guy has taken his place. But when she’s drunk, Layla has a big mouth…and the wrong friends. Unable to remember what she’s been up to at her various parties, Layla falls into a nasty trap.
Thanks to some compromising photographs, she is now under the thumb of the person she hates most in this world—her stepbrother, Derek. With Mack gone, she’s forced to turn to someone who’s always kept his distance, a good guy who has never had time for her partying ways. Letting Finn in on her dark and dirty secrets is something she never planned to do, but his tender strength and quiet protection draws it out of her, creating a bond between them that neither saw coming…and a whirlwind of problems that they’ll only survive if they stick together.

4 stars -- I received a free copy from the author in exchange for an honest and unbiased review/opinion.
FINN!!!! I've been so looking forward to this story, even though I was leery of the b*tchy Layla. And this book definitely did not disappoint! Finn was every bit the sweetheart that I knew he was from the previous two books (most especially The Playmaker) and Layla of course had a lot more going on than met the eye.
I appreciated that Finn was consistent with the little bits that we had learned about him in the previous books -- laid back, calm, peacekeeping, thoughtful, and sweet. It was nice to see a bit more of what else was going on with him, looking to his future and seeing how he was going to miss his friends and such. I almost wish we could have delved a bit more into his character and what was going on with him, but there really was so much going on in the Layla storyline that I think it would have felt like too much then. I guess I just love Finn so much that I wanted more more more of him. Can you blame me?? And it wasn't like he was perfect -- he did judge Layla initially, he just generally reserved his judgement more than others did. I did love that you got to see his family life and that he had such a wonderful support system at home. It really spoke to how he became the man that he was. His Mom was definitely a standout secondary character in this book.
Layla's story was definitely heartbreaking. If you thought you hated Derek before this, just wait. Layla's kind of a complicated character, b/c Ms. Ford has to balance what we know of her previously with making her a likeable character. And she mostly succeeds. Sometimes I was a bit disbelieving of her internal thoughts, but that could be just my cynical self. Like I wish there was more internal conflict over how she treats other people (like Tori), the little bit we did get kind of felt thrown in. I wanted to know how she saw her friends (Roxy and Michelle), or see an honest to god change in her demeanor as she was faced with how she treated other people. But that didn't really happen. In the end, it would have made the story really jam packed as well, but I just felt like there were opportunities missed...so I'm a bit torn on her. The parts of her we see with her drinking and wanting to escape felt very authentic though. And my heart broke for the situations she found herself in. I hope we find out more about what happened at that party in the final book though, b/c I feel like there's so much of the story still missing there.
What stood out to me in this book was the strong connection that forms between Finn and Layla while she's sick. I really felt that all the way to my bones. My heart seriously just broke at the things she reveals to Finn during those weak moments (about how she sees herself), and that's where I think the story really shines. I still felt the love was a bit fast, but I was willing to accept that the connection was definitely there and strong. You could really feel how much they had grown to understand one another and care for one another. Because I was so sucked into their new connection, I was kind of disappointed when the next chapter would start and a week would have gone by. A part of me felt like I missed out on an opportunity to see more of them together, but I think I'm just greedy.
And while this was an interracial romance, it really didn't play a major part in the storyline (minus a comment from Derek that felt thrown in). I loved how normal it was.
The climax of the story had all the feels and had me on the edge of my seat. I'm definitely looking forward to the final book in the series, even if I will be sad to see these characters go. Ms. Ford does a great job of representing a lot of different YA stories and characters and the struggles they go through.
I've loved Finn from the minute I wrote Ch 2 of The Playmaker so being able to give him his own story has been nothing but a pleasure. He's such a good guy and watching him fall for Layla made my heart swoon :)
Layla's a complex, troubled character. I loved getting inside her head and being able to explain why she behaves the way she does. Watching Finn bring out her beautiful side...*happy sigh*
I also loved being able to write a really nasty character - Derek - I know that might sound weird but he's like the world's creepiest step-brother and I had fun writing those scenes :)
I received a free copy from the author and voluntarily reviewed it.
The Handoff is the third book in this series. This book follows Layla, the little sister of the guy from book 2, and Finn who is another one of the football players. I wasn't quite sure what to think of Layla in previous books as she doesn't really act like a nice person most of the time, but I did already like Finn, so I was curious to see how this would play out. I ended up liking Layla as we learn more about her and Finn is just as nice as he seemed in previous books.
When Mack goes to New Zealand he asks his friend Finn to keep an eye on his sister Layla. Finn grudgingly agrees. Layla knows how to get herself into trouble. Ever since her dad died she has been struggling, she drinks a lot at parties and does things she later regrets. In this book we get to understand more of Layla and why she acts the way she does and we also see behind the persona she puts up and see the real her. It was awesome to see that and see her slowly fall for Finn. And Finn falling for her when he discovers the real Layla.
These two made for a great couple. I liked how good they were together, their connection is obvious and I kinda liked how they went from not really liking each other to falling in love when they spend more time together. Finn really is a solid rock for Layla and supports her, but also encourages her to do what's best for her. Layla has someone threatening her and they have to find a way to deal with that. I liked seeing Layla find her inner strength and how she dealt with it, that took a lot of courage.
So lucky to have an early copy of this book, I love this series and don't want it to end...hear me Jordan, stop plotting the final book :) This one is about Layla, Mack's sister and Mack's friend Finn. Layla and Finn found an expected connection that quickly became special. Trouble seems to find Layla, the grief of losing her father has her lost and lonely despite being a popular girl (pretty much due to her drinking and easy reputation with the boys). I enjoyed watching her blossom and mature while surrounded by drama. I really enjoyed the story line in this book, I was totally swept up in Layla's life and felt so sorry for her. I was hoping that it would all work out in the end and she'd get her HEA. The characters were fun, except for the ones I wanted to smack and I waited for them to get their comeuppance. There was that one scene that I read faster to see how it panned out...my heart was pounding. There is an ongoing secret in these books and I imagine it will all come to light in the next book. I highly recommend this series.
5++++++ stars. Too bad I can only give 5 starts. This books, this series deserves more.
Layla and Finn, I gotta be honest. At first that idea didn't fly well with me. I don't know I just saw Layla as this selfish party girl. But then I got to read more of her, got to know her more and her struggles, her side of the story. It's a really sweet story. Full of struggles and drama. It kept me on the loop. I needed it to know what happen next, so I kept reading.
Finn's character is perfect. He's the perfect guy. He's sweet, cute, a great guy. He's not self absorb. Humble, a family guy. And that's just perfect.
I loved the way he treated her. And soon she became his world.
It's sad how everything went down, but it's soooo good how it was developed.
I strongly recommend you to read this, and if you have the chance, read the whole series. It's AMAAAAAAAZIIIIING!!!!
I can't wait for the next book, really if I have the others books to compared it to, then I know it will be amazing as well.
When The Going Gets Tough Do You Stay Or Run? . . .
This is the third book in the A Big Play series and each couple is more endearing than the last. The story in this novel is particularly so much more heartbreaking, but entwined with a sweet redeeming love found in an unlikely couple.
Trying to drink and party her problems away had always been Layla Mahoney's way of life. Until her brother Mack decided he may leave and no one would be there to stop her. But when Layla tries to take control of her spiraling life, she finds herself blackmailed from a situation too seedy for anyones help. Layla decides to run, but Finn Jones won't let her go not without a fight. Finn gave his word to watch out for Mack's partying sister, so when he finds her scared and sick, Finn takes care of her. While nursing Layla back to health Finn and Layla discover though they seemed like opposites there is definitely attraction. Only thing stopping Layla and Finn's happiness is the blackmailer with his evidence and tasks, oh and telling Mack about there relationship.
Overall, love this new couple HATE the evils blackmailer! Ugh like really disgusted with the jerk face. Okay got that out of my system. Anyways, LOVE Finn he is super kindhearted and perfect for Layla, who needed and understanding sweet man. Finn definitely had to go slow with Layla teaching her true relationships are about substance not surface emotions. Oh and Layla's reconciliation with her mother, totally got a year out of me. Love those family group hug moment. I really hope to read about them in the next novel, especially with a certain past couple making appearances in this novel. Can't wait for the final novel in the series and a new couple to fall in love with.
You could feel the animosity that rolled off of these two characters right from the beginning. Why the hated each other is self-explanatory due to the fact that they are complete polar opposites. Other than school sports and that they shared a brother/bestfriend, they had nothing in common.
Though, that makes the best kind of romances.
When you first met Layla, I am pretty sure you had hate for her. It rolled off of you into the book because of how she acted towards everything and everyone. Personally, I couldn't get rid of her fast enough. But then of course, Jordan just makes you feel real bad for thinking those thoughts in the previous two books.
Layla is heartbreaking and Finn is heart mending. Together they will make your heart pound at the profound thought that the right person for you can change everything about you. I loved this book to say the least and i think that the best way to get over your hatred for Layla is to read this book.
Derek is as sleazy as ever and this book will make you shiver with the disgust from him. I swear, I felt like I had to shower after reading his portion. Creepy, annoying, and straight up disgusting. Another thing that I liked about this book is that Layla and Finn are an interracial couples. With all honesty, we have lost that thought and you never really see it anymore in books. Now or before.
But it is starting to come back.
With that, I am going to rate this a 4.3 out of 5 stars and even if these books are standalone novels, I urge you all to read from the beginning and fall in love with Jordan Ford.
So what can I say, Jordan Ford gets me with every book. I read the first page and *woosh * it's like I'm being pulled right into the story ♥ Having read book#1 and book#2 in this series, I was already loving Finn (of course! MUST love Tank) but Layla...not so much – and I really was curious how these two would find their way to each other. We get to see a first glimpse of the girl behind Layla's tough partygirl facade early in the book and soon I've found myself feeling with her. I must confess, I didn't understand why Mack was so patient with Layla in the previous books, always coming to his sister's rescue, but now I get it, I see the lost and vulnerable girl she is.
„I miss him, I miss his strength, his security. I miss the person I was when he was around.“
I love that the characters have flaws (even Finn, although he's almost perfect ;) ), makes them feel so real and loveable. Yes the real Layla is absolutely loveable and Finn was the perfect person to help her find her strength and see her own worth (again).
„Trust this. No matter what anyone says, I'm not changing my mind about you.“
Oh and Finn's mom – she's awesome – I love her!
Finn and Layla's story touched my heart and I had a hard time putting it down if real life called me ;) I love this series with every book more ♥ can't wait for book#4 and I'm already a little sad it'll be the last one but also looking forward to Jordan Ford's next work.
The Handoff by Jordan Ford is the 3rd book in the 'A Big Play Novel' series.
While Mack decides to go after Kaija in her hometown in New Zealand, he is worried about leaving his out of control sister, Layla, behind. Enlisting the help of a reluctant Finn, Mack leaves to win back the love of his life and Finn has no choice but to become Layla's protector.
Finn is not looking forward to the job, knowing how out of control Layla is, and can be. But when Finn finds Layla in desperate need of help, he knows he will do everything he can to make her safe.
~
Ok, so the one thing I loved most about this book was that Layla and Finn knew each other for a very long time, but never had any romantic feeling towards each other until fate stepped in. They both just had these preconceived ideas about each other and never gave each other a second look.
But once they opened themselves up and allowed the other in, magic happened.
I loved this book so much, as with the other two, but I feel this one became my favourite. It gave a better look inside Layla's head and we can understand her previous actions better. I always love stories involving the overprotective brother/sister/best friend, and love seeing it play out. Finn is an absolute sweetheart and you can't help but fall in love with him.
Another part I loved most was Mrs Jones. Finns mum brings an almost comedic aspect to this story. She is this overprotective mother that you just can't say no to. I thoroughly enjoyed all the scenes she was involved in.
I highly recommend this series and can't wait for future books.
I'm not sure exactly how to put my thoughts into words because saying I enjoyed it isn't quite right. This one was touchy in that it highlighted the grimmer aspects of high school...too much drinking, sexual exploits, blackmail, and physical abuse. Teenagers do really stupid things all for the sake of their reputations. But, it also highlighted that there are good people who are willing to step outside of their comfort zone to help someone out. When Finn gets asked by one of his best friends to watch out for his sister, he wasn't thrilled, but agreed. This particular girl is one that needs to be constantly reigned in by her brother, so it definitely was not something he was looking forward to. When he comes across Layla and realizes that she's already gotten herself into a mess, being the good guy that he is and remembering his promise to his friend, he helps her and comes to realize that she isn't the complete disaster he pegged her for.
I loved Finn. Overall good guy and most loyal too. I'm glad Layla had someone like him backing her up. It is definitely a YA book, with all of the drama of high school including the secrecy and social hierarchy all schools have. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes YA books.
In the third instalment of the Big Play series, we meet Finn in more detail. He is the cool, collected, one that has been there for Colt and Mack throughout. When Mack goes to New Zealand, he asks Finn to keep an eye on his sister as he feels that she is not quite herself. Finn wants to say no but doesn't. Instead, he ends up helping Layla in more ways than he could ever have imagined, and as a result, sees her as a completely different person. Due to Finn's support, Layla changes herself and finds courage when she thought she had none.
With hints being given with the overall story arc, as well as snippets pertaining to Layla directly, this is a wonderful addition. Well written, full of emotion and gripping situations and characters, this is guaranteed to draw you into their story. You will be with Layla and Finn every step of the way, encouraging them to carry on when it seems too hard.
This is one of those series that I absolutely can't wait for the next book, but that is also bittersweet as I know it's the last one. Highly recommended.
* A copy of this book was provided to me with no requirements for a review. I voluntarily read this book, and the comments here are my honest opinion. *
Merissa Archaeolibrarian - I Dig Good Books! Jun 9, 2016
Layla doesn't always make the best decisions, especially when she is drinking. One night, she takes it a little too far and it comes back to haunt her. Her evil stepbrother starts blackmailing her with pictures from a night that she doesn't recall.
Finn feels burdened by having to watch over Layla while her brother is out of the country, but as he spends time with her and she opens up to him, he begins to see the real Layla instead of the person that she pretends to be at school. A mutual attraction develops between them, but Layla feels like Finn deserves someone better. She doesn't want to drag him into the drama that is her life.
Finn, being the great guy that he is, stands by Layla to help her through this difficult time in her life. He is a gentleman and is perfect for Layla. He helps her to overcome her insecurities and realize that she is beautiful both inside and out.
I really liked Finn's mom. She made me smile with her no nonsense parenting style. :)
I love the Big Play Novels and look forward to the next in the series.
**I received a copy in exchange for an honest review.**
There are two things I absolutely love about Jordan’s novels. One, the diversity of the characters which she does so naturally and the way the characters developed with each book.
Layla’s story is just heartbreaking but it was also beautiful. I like how she grew up from what she was before to how she is now. I liked how Finn helped her to become better. And though Layla’s attitude bothered me a tad in the previous books, reading about her story felt like getting to know her more. Actually, not just her but the other characters as well.
I like how the love between her and Finn slowly developed. And I think that they are really suited for each other.
I like getting to know a bit more about the other characters too. Like Roxanne and Tyler. I saw a different side of them in this book and it really makes me look forward to reading their story.
Once again, Jordan Ford did an awesome job. (And the cover artist did an awesome job too!)
I received a copy from the Author in return for an honest review. Again, I loved Jordan Ford's story and the characters. Layla and Finn are great. At the beggining, Layla seems the typical superficial girl who just wants to go to parties and have fun, but this behavior hides her grief for her father's death and her mother's marriage to a new person. Finn is the most focused boy, always advising the others players and trying to do the best, and when Mac asks him to take care of Layla, things do a turnaround. The way Finn, and then the other characters, come together to help Layla is perfect, showing how they are true friends. As for Derek, if I could, I'd give him a punch in his face, he's negligible since the first time he appeared in the series. Despite suffering in some parts, and even cried, the story is great.
Layla is the little sister of football star Mack. After the death of their father, Layla has gone on a wild streak. Nightmares are haunting her and she's scared that maybe they're not just dreams, but memories. When she realizes that her nightmares are blurry memories and that someone is using her drunken mistakes to blackmail her, she runs.
Finn is the romantic one of his group, believing that he doesn't need to find hookups to fill his time. He is waiting for the right girl. His buddy Mack asks him to keep an eye on Layla for him and despite the fact that he doesn't even like her, he agrees.
Spending time with the raw, heartbroken, and real Layla Mahoney does something to Finn. He's found his girl worth fighting for. Will they make it through all the obstacles?

I was excited to read more about Layla and I loved it. Can't wait for the next one!
This was my favourite out of this whole series. There are some trigger points but the author handled them smoothly and didn’t lighten up or not fully identify those points. Everything was perfectly written in this story.
This story follows Layla and Finn. Finn has been asked to look after Layla while his friend who is also Layla’s brother, is going to New Zealand to win back his girl. Finn and Layla don’t like each other one bit. Seeing Layla in past books, I thought she was an absolute shameful girl. I didn’t like her personality, rudeness, and immaturity. I loved that the author took that in mind while writing Layla’s story. Layla was an interesting character, to say the least, but I loved her in this story. There was so much going on in her life and each event was beautifully shown. I didn’t expect Layla to realize her actions were causing others harm and that she could be a better person. When she did, she did become a better person. This story revolves more around Layla’s life and actions that have proven to end up becoming issues. There is a bit on Finn but I do want more about him. I liked that he was the yin to Layla’s yang and helped her out even if he didn’t like her. I liked that the other characters were also built up. We’d heard about Derek and Quaid in the first and second book but in this novel, I got to see the extent of their evilness. The characters are in-depth and their story is worth reading about.
This story was wonderfully created. Every moment felt needed and no points were overwhelming. There was nothing boring happening. I’ve not read a story like this one before and so this was something new for you. Finn and Layla’s story has so many ups and downs, twists and turns, and I loved every second of it. I look forwards to Sammy and Tyler’s story.
I received a review copy and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This story is between PG-13 and R-rated. It is a redemption romance plot about a promiscuous, alcoholic, teenage girl who hits rock bottom when she realizes she's been black-out drunk multiple times.
I love Layla and Finn together so much. I found myself going back and re-reading favorite scenes before I could move on. I just wanted to stay in the book :) I'm loving this Nelson High world.
I loved the book!! This on top along the first book The Playmaker. This book gave me all the feels!! I was skeptical because of Layla. I gave myself a pep talk to go open minded in the book but to be honest I was not. But the best thing is she made me change my mind about her, herself along with Finn. I'll gush about in a few seconds. I liked I connected with her and her character arc was cool especially being the vampire girl. Loved that scene. It was like an awesome movie scene. I'd love if this series have one cuz it's amazing!! And Finn!! (insert heart eyed emoji's) is awesome! I've loved him form the first book and I love him, yeah I already said that. And his nick name for Layla, Sundar which is a Hindi word, was kind of I don't know. I'm Indian and it means beautiful and using it as a name was a little different I guess but it was so sweet of him, had me swooning :D Romance was amazing because Finn is a big romantic. I was afraid I'm not liking the romance from the books I've read recently which had me in doubt as I'm hopeful romantic. But this book cleared it. Almost all books have little romance and if I'm going to be rolling my eyes then I wouldn't enjoy the books. I'm carzily shipping them, they are just amazing! The next book is the last one in the series which is sad. I love this series but I'm excited to know about Tyler as well!! The Raiders have made a special space in my heart! Got the book in exchange of an honest review.
5++++++ stars. Too bad I can only give 5 starts. This books, this series deserves more.
Laura and Finn, I gotta be honest. At first that idea didn't fly well with me. I don't know I just saw Layla as this selfish party girl. I loved the way he treated her. And soon she became his world.
It's sad how everything went down, but it's soooo good how it was developed.

Another great addition to this series! Jordan Ford has once again made me fall in love with a YA novel! And let me tell you, The Handoff does not disappoint. It is well written and sucks you in from the very first page. The characters are so easy to relate to. I think once you knew and understood Layla's story, you couldn't help but feel for her and hope that she would get a HEA. And I just adored the connection that Finn and Layla shared. Despite their flaws, the two of them just worked; they fit. And I couldn't wait to see how things would turn out.
Overall, I really enjoyed this book. Layla and Finn's story gave me so many feels and I loved every second of it.
*I was provided an ARC copy of this book, in exchange for an honest review*
(Layla and Finn): Trust me—two simple words that usually make me cautious. Yet coming out of Finn’s mouth, I find myself buying into them. Trust Finn. That doesn’t actually sound so hard.
The problem is, the longer I lie here watching him, the less I want to burn it all to memory. Because I don't want Finn Jones to just be a memory. I kind of like the idea of him being something more, and or makes me sad to think he never can be.
“Trust this. No matter what anyone says, I’m not changing my mind about you.”
“You know what?” Finn captures my wrist and pushes me onto my back. I raise my knee so he can tuck his leg between mine. He’s half lying on me now, supporting his weight on his arm while he hovers over me and runs his finger down the edge of my hairline. “No matter what happens, you need to hold your head high. So you made a drunken mistake. That’s not who you are. You’re beautiful.” He kisses my right cheek. “You’re lovely.” He kisses my left cheek. “You just keep being my sundar and it won’t matter what shit surfaces about you, because all they’ll see is my lovely Layla.” I’m sure my eyes are glowing as I smile up at him. Cupping his cheek, I brush my thumb down the edge of his nose and mouth. “I love you.” His smile is electrifying, lighting up the forest with a warm radiance. He doesn’t even need to say those three little words back to me; I can see it all over his face. With a soft giggle, I crane my neck to reach his lips. He meets me halfway then presses me back down to the blanket, cupping the back of my head with his large hand and making me forget about the world. I run my fingers over his short, fuzzy curls, twirling my tongue around his and creating a perfect memory to bless our woods with. So much has happened in this place, but only one lovely truth can stand out among it all. I fell in love with Finn Jones here… and he fell in love with me.
I loved this story. Finn was the ultimate protector, not only in the physical sense for his teammates on the field playing for the Nelson High Raiders, but he also follows that philosophy in life. This hits home when his best friend Mack asks him to keep an eye on his wayward sister Layla while he is overseas. Fortunately for Layla, Finn lives up to his reputation when she finds herself in a dangerous and uncomfortable situation.
I loved their connection as they grew closer to one another and seeing Finn's protective nature come out was beautiful to witness. There were some heartbreaking moments that had me in tears throughout and I really like the growth and strength that Layla showed throughout. Another fantastic YA sports romance.
I’m so glad I continued with the series after not really loving the first two books because this one was simply amazing. I loved Layla and Finn! They felt like the most realistic and grounded characters of the series. I loved their relationship and how they were each other’s strengths. It was also really great to see Layla’s growth.
This book was also really intense. I kept reading as I wanted to know what would happen next. The stakes were definitely high in this one and the author did a really good job of maintaining the suspense and tension throughout the book.
This book was on par with what I would expect from Jordan Ford. I’m excited to see how this series will end. Tyler is my least favorite of the boys and so we’ll see if JF is able to change my mind about him.
I loved the 3rd Nelson High Raiders book! Finn and his family are amazing characters!!
Layla was not an easy girl to like, but Jordan Ford has a way of making the most unlike able person redeemed! She has a true talent for wrapping you up in her stories! High school is full of drama and challenges, but Finn seems to walk a straight line. When Mack leaves and asks Finn to keep an eye on his little sister Finn really doesn’t want to. When Layla finds herself in a horrible situation Finn rescues her and they grow close. There is lots of romance in this book! Loved it!
I am loving this series! The drama between the different cliques in Nelson High, and the added beef with the Bears football team, is pretty intense. Just to warn you - you will find swearing and some disturbing scenes that are necessary for the story to be believable. I would class this book as a closed door romance.
Finn (quiet, protective, loyal) was one of my favorite characters from the beginning and Layla was not. Their story brings out her true character and, like most teenagers who're going through hard stuff, she is not who she seems.
I loved seeing couples from the other books here and am eager to read Tyler's story next.
I loved getting Finn and Layla’s story! It was done well and I loved how their relationship was built. It flowed well and since the situation put them together in close proximity it allowed Finn to see a different side to Layla and it brought out his protector side. I loved how Finn was so protective and a safe place for Layla but he also helped her to find her strength. This story was great and I really enjoyed watching everything come together. This story was sweet and adorable and I can’t wait to see what is coming next in the conclusion for the season.
I love Finn and I"m so glad he had a story. However, I will not compromise a good story I want to read with a word I will not read. My opinion, so I'm done. I wish it was not there because these seem like really good books. No story needs that particular words it just shows no creativity with the character no matter how the character deserves to say it.
Layla is Finn's best friend little sister and she is the life of the party. Now he has to keep an eye on her and keep her out of trouble while her brother is away. But what if Finn's heart is the one to be in trouble to fall in love with Layla?
