Debra Hewitt has reinvented herself many times in her life, working as a librarian and professional book reviewer, directing two private preschools she helped start, writing scripts and fiction, and offering lessons in her own piano studio for twenty years. She credits the joy she found in these pursuits to always following her heart and hopes her first book, Chasing Your Dream, will inspire many others to do the same. She and her husband live in Virginia where she is currently working on a novel and some children's books. She frequently posts recommendations of books she loves on Pinterest and www.shadowriverbooks.com.
I'm only a few days in on this journal. However, I've flipped through all the pages and have read all the quotes and questions. It's a lovely journal, it's questions are short and it's quick to fill out for each day. So if you're a busy person, you can easily find time to fill this out. I almost wish the journal was longer then just one months worth of entries as it's really helped me get out general ideas for the direction I want to go in.
Some may not like this journal since the concept and questions are fairly simple but if you're someone who just wants to get your thoughts and ideas out or a young person in highschool/college that needs a little sense of direction then I highly recommend this picking up this journal.
