Keeping your body fit is an art. It involves taking a nutritionally adequate diet in controlled quantities at regular intervals, along with some form of physical activity. One should neither consume excess of any food nor eat it scarcely. If you don’t get a nutrient in the required quantity, you can suffer from nutritional deficiencies and if you consume it in excess, it might disrupt the functions of the body. The biggest problem is that it takes only a small amount of food to increase the calories and add on to body weight but it takes a lot of effort to burn those calories.
