A great explanation of ethics, then kind of a dry explanation of various codes of conduct until the end, where it got super passionate about accounting being a profession and not a business. I wish it had had that fire all the way through.

I realize the danger in giving only two starts to a book about the ethics of my profession...but yeah, I did it anyway. The principles discoursed in the book are obviously important, but the method of presenting them was not ideal.
