As for the collector who owns nearly 300 of Monster High dolls- it was "must-to-have" book. I was very glad this book wasn't very expensive, so I decided it's time to order it.
I must say- it doesn't include ALL of the dolls released until 2016 autumn. For example: Haunted Rochelle, Skull Shores Draculaura and others are missing. But in total the book includes most of the dolls. Each photo of the doll is described, each character's short bio is included too. The quality of photos and paper- worth each euro I spent on this book. The book has chaptes divided into lines.

I was truly happy to find SDCC exclusives at the end of the book. I own few of these exclusive dolls that cost me a fortune since I live in Lithuania and such rare dolls cost me three times more than for USA citizens.

I really would like a second book of new doll releases including reboots. (I kind of like reboots). Also, I really would like the same encyclopedia of Ever After High dolls since I collect them too.

Our youngest granddaughter picked this out at the library. She started reading it in the car on the way home, took it to dinner with us, and then read as long as I would let her before bed. She got up the next morning and read as much as she could in the time she had, while also getting the oldest granddaughter interested.

I've seen these dolls and loved them because of their Gothic style. I didn't realize how much thought went into them until I read this book along with my granddaughters. They're really cute. Even though they may seem negative and scary, they have some real positive attributes described in this book.

It's the perfect way for parents to get to know these dolls that their girls are requesting. There are also some boy dolls in this book that I've never noticed at the store.

I may have to buy this one for them to enjoy along with a doll for each of them. :)

Picked up for laughs, stayed for Mothman's kids. Something younger me would have absolutely loved, I was a little too old when MH became really popular so I missed out on most of the hype. Very interested in learning more though!

If you collect Monster High dolls then this book is an absolute must for you. The book consists of beautiful photos of the dolls with a short bit of introduction to them, their age and other information, freaky facts, any pets they have and a point-by-point description of his or her outfit including accessories.

There are also some of the dolls sorted into the series they are associated with along with dolls that were exclusive to a comic convention. In this 208-page book there's the above plus a glossary and an index. It's really a fantastic book.

Loved this book. It has all the available dolls up to probably the publishing date earlier this year. I really enjoyed some of the hidden things they pointed out.... like Skelita has the word "Katrina" stamped on the back of her head" and Gooliope has her experiment number 816 on her necklace.

It was also great for collectors like me to see some of the dolls I might have missed since the stores around here don't always get all the dolls.

Fans of the Monster High dolls will appreciate this book!

It's basically a list of most of the dolls that have been made up to the mid 2016. It's good for collectors who want to complete their collection, or minor collectors who pick and chose. I also learned that there are SanDiego Comic Con dolls that I will never ever be able to afford to buy. SDCC 2015 Djinni Grant, one day you will be mineeeee!
I ended up buying four more dolls after reading this book, and will likely buy at least two more.

The first section of this book was great and helped me gain a better understanding of the characters before I dove into the books and movies of Monster High but the other sections seemed unnecessary. Many of them were repeats of the same characters but with different outfits or slightly different looks. The additional characters in these sections were nice and some of them added a little more insight to the characters but overall the first section was really the only one that helped prepare me for the books and movies involved with Monster High.
