Not really what I was expecting. I read the ebook version of this which I don't really recommend. This is obviously a short cute book that would be fine on a coffee table or as something to pick up once every now and again if you're feeling particularly out of touch with yourself and the world around you and need a bit of a hint to push you back in the right direction. Having said that, all of the pointers seemed quite straight forward in terms of giving you the standard advice of "concentrate on your breathing", "get in touch with your artistic side", "pay attention to your surroundings" and "love yourself".
The ebook is not that pretty. The main illustrations are there but it doesn't have the same effect. Gave me the impression that it was a novel where in reality its at least 50% pictures. The text is huge and so it only took me 30 minutes to read it, and that was with me contemplating as I went through while also being quite a slow reader on top of that.
I don't know how much this book costs in either physical or ebook form as I only borrowed the ebook from my local library as if I had bought this online from the description alone (much like my picking of the ebook in the first place). I would have been thoroughly disappointed.

A little book is what one feels like thinking about this one but when we dig deeper it is a whole new world in itself. Amazing words, beautifully illustrated and powerful quotations are some of the take aways. But in these and in simple sentences the author has beautifully shared some amazing techniques to be mindful of ourselves and our surroundings.
As per my point of view in fast paced life of ours these days we really need to spend some time with ourselves and staying mindful is very important for our inner peace. I will totally recommend this book to everyone.
Enjoyed this - lovely tips, quotes & illustrations - one to dip in & out of regularly. I am trying to being mindful daily, notice more & enjoy the little things in life that happen now it does help me control my anxiety & to feel calmer

I received this lovely little book as a Christmas gift. It is the type of book to dip into occasionally for mindfulness tips and reminders. I read it through from cover to cover but will keep it handy for future reference.
Lovely little book. I read all the way through, though it really lends itself to being picked up whenever and letting yourself be guided to what message you are to hear for the day.
