Maybe for a novice or someone who doesn't know their way around a kitchen this would be okay, but to be honest, the recipes weren't authentic Italian OR Italian/American and the Pizza section was absolutely ridiculous.
Two things turn me off about Italian cookbooks and this had both of them: Too many ingredients that came out of jars or purchased frozen AND a Fettucine Alfredo recipe that calls for cream. There's no cream in authentic Fettucine Alfredo.
Maybe I'm a snob, but if so--I don't care.

Yesssss great Italian recipes!

I LOVE this cookbook! Italian food is my personal weakness so I really enjoyed reading and testing these recipes. The recipes are all hyperlinked and are illustrated! Each recipe gives information about preparation, cooking time and portion size. The recipes are clear, concise, easy to read with step by step instructions. Ideal for beginners and experienced chefs. Recommended!

Excellent book

Recipes in this book are the same that my mother used and it doesn't get better than that. I plan to start trying them one by one.
