Another suspenseful and funny chapter in the adventures of Jack Buckston, Poly, and their crew of intergalactic friends.

I just can't... The world is interesting, the concept is interesting, the characters are the worst. The plot twist at the end of this one... I cannot keep reading the series. Just cannot.

Newlyweds at Las Vegas business trade show plus aliens, friends of different species, criminals and excitement. Blimps chase scene and elephant sized marines fun too.

I like it, but...

I loved the first novel. The second was pretty good, too. This one stumbles. The dialogue is snappy, but sometimes seems more focused on getting a laugh than maintaining the story. I also was bothered by how reckless it started and how badly the authorities handle...anything. I get how he is supposed to be the hero, but...

I will probably buy the next book, because it ^is^ clever and amusing. But, I will not recommend this book unless you truly enjoyed the puns and repartee.
