Very interesting, and unlike a lot of wild foods cookbook where directions entail a handful of the plant and then about ten tons of cheese, milk and butter, this goes for spice, tomatoes, and the taste of the plant itself. Lots about pickles, syrups, vinegars and cordials too, which I like. Good read. Colour pictures would be the only improvement I'd make, easier to ID plants.
