The book was easy to read, but often repeated the same idea too many times in the same chapter. I found myself saying “yeah I got it” often. The book explains each chakra in detail and what you need to do to assess the health of each and how to heal when required. I found the most interesting chapter near the end where you understand how the chakras or subtle body and physical interact and impact each other. Also gives important lessons on emotions and why it’s important to listen to your feelings.
Great intro into chakras. I was surprised to learn about 12 instead of the traditional 7 chakras I always read about. The book was a great way to introduce us to living more spiritually. It encouraged us to journal, meditate, eat better and protect our energies. This book came at a good time in my life as it complemented the books like 3 magic words, Bhagavad Gita and conversations with God. The advice on the colors, food, essential oils that went with different chakras was good also. Lastly, it explained how to diagnose if your chakras are not aligned and how to heal them. The only thing i would change is i felt the explanation of the different chakras was repeated many times. Sometimes i felt it was not necessary.

I thought this was an excellent started book for learning about Chakras and meditation. Very well written. easy to read and understand, and more importantly, to put into practice. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to find inner peace.
I enjoyed how simple this book was and how easy it was to understand the different concepts. I also loved the different examples of affirmations and other ways to balance your chakras.
This book offers very practical and detailed exercises to work on your chakras. I really liked the fact that many of these exercises can be easily apply to day to day routines.
The book had a very juvenile style of writing. I felt like I was reading some high school seniors paper that he threw together in a weekend. A lot of repetition and random fluff and filler that didn’t need to be in there. This book could have been a pamphlet really. I’m glad I didn’t buy it.
This book repeated ideas constantly. It was so hard to read because of the constant repeating. At the end of the book it does get interesting and easier to read. This was fairly a good book, but is definitely not a book I’d enjoy reading again.
Book provides you with detail on each of your Chakras. Allowing you to focus on your entire body and relax add yoga. What a wonderful way to end or begin your day.
As a beginner to this area of study, I found this book very informative and easy to read. It gave lots of useful suggestions about ways to heal your chakras.
Very informative. I'm really getting into self healing, yoga and meditation. While I will agree with another review that I read it got a little repetitive but still the information was easy to understand. Great start for those who want to learn about Chakras.
