I'm usually not into cliffhangers, but dang!!! This book is so good! I totally love the characters, the pace and the fact that, eventhough Jamie's heart was shattered in The Contender, Denver is here doing everything in his power to mend it. I really love plot twists and friend to lovers situations. Jamie and Denver's relationship is sweet and kinda sexy, but when Mesquite comes back in the picture the tension escalates and her life looks like it's becoming part of a POT event and I'm so ready to find out who will win the biggest and most important match.

The next installment of Jamie's story and there's even more happening. It unravels quickly leaving everything open with a plot twist. It's a really good read.
