You will be provided with a full set of materials to enable you to run project governance training within your own organization. This includes this digital book (the course pre-reading), a set of Microsoft PowerPoint Slides and a set of group exercises including role play. The recommended course duration is 1.5 hours and 80% to 90% of that time should be used for group discussion and exercises - so it is a very interactive session.
