Quite Helpful

A good overview of how to deal with a very hard matter. Dealing with a loved one who has bpd is the hardest thing. Appreciate the tips.

Helpful but

There is some very good advice and coping techniques for dealing with someone who has borderline personality disorder. The problem I have with it is the blaming, the reasoning why they do things. I feel it takes away from the good messages in the book by furthering the stigma.
