It has a lot of great information. Great health reminders. I think if I had this book years ago it would’ve defiantly changed my way of thinking health wise. I also like how the contents of the book is set. If I was looking for a certain condition or aliment I’m having it helps to locate it. Some of these remedies reminds me of my grandma and what she used to tell me to do. It also sounds like I need some body work to relax “massage” wink.. wink.. ;-)
I do recommend reading it and I have referenced back to this book often.
