This is a nice collection of "recipes" for homemade items. Projects range from face creams and soaps to carpet deodorizer and everything in between. I found that the projects were fairly simple. Quite a number of them required ingredients I already had in my home and most of the rest required ingredients that are fairly easy to obtain at a craft store. I'm quite looking forward to trying out some of the projects.

In my opinion, many of the projects in this book would be excellent to do with your children or a Girl Scout troop.

Good for old stand-bys like papier mache and salt dough. Lots of soaps and creams. Nothing new.
