It's was okay..
Didn't care for Conor/Beast in the beginning but slowly came around to him. I didn't love the characters. It was a little boring to be honest. The suspense part was stretched too long. Especially after they found out who did it it still continued.
It was a clean MC book. No club whores, drugs or illegal stuff. So pretty blah really. I was expecting some more grit to the guys but they were legit so nothing gritty there.

This was really hard to read because after I downloaded it and was anxious to get in to read it...I got the first page, the next page was black.. The 3rd page didn't make any sense (because the 2nd page wasn't there) and that's how it downloaded.. Every other page was missing... So the 2 stars I gave it was really only for the blog...

I borrowed this book with Kindle Unlimited. As this was my first Amy Love book, I was not sure what to expect, especially with reviews that are spread across the rating spectrum. I will say that after reading the synopsis and then reading the book, I am still trying to figure out where the synopsis came from as it doesn't describe what the book is about.
Read the LOOK INSIDE at Amazon, as it will give you a totally different picture as to what the book is really about. But if you don't want to waste the time on the Look Inside here is a more accurate rundown of the book:
She is a student finishing up her Veterinary degree but has a part time job on the weekends being a hostess at a Casino in Vegas (her parents live there and she comes home on the weekends). He is the president of a very tame MC (that has gone legit) and wants out so he gathers the money to enter a poker tournament where the prize is 50 million dollars. She winds up working as a hostess for the tournament. He sees her as his next conquest. Someone tries to fix the tournament. Stuff happens.
The writing is not bad. There is a lot of detail for the tournament about this hand beating that hand and the definitions of the poker terms used in the book. It is really tame for an MC book. Beast is more of a Conor (his actual first name) than anything else. The book has a steady pace but seems repetitive. The sex scenes are hot

This was a slightly different spin on an MC romance. Beast and Shayna were hot together. The book started out with a poker tournament but quickly morphed in to something else entirely. Throw in some mystery attacks, MC dramas, a shady professor, kidnapping along with some romance and hot sex and you have the makings of a great novel. The story was great with well developed characters, steamy sex, mystery and lots of action along with a HEA ending. This was a great read.

A Beast always finds his beauty...
I enjoyed this deviation from the usual Beauty and the Beast storyline. The author did a fine job in producing an intriguing plot of a lot of poker mixed in with the tribulations and responsibilities facing rival motorcycle clubs. The resulting blowout scenes, including explosive sex between our hero and heroine as well as a little heartwarming dog-whispering by Beast, makes for a satisfying read!

Tame
I didn't finish this read. The blurb was a lot more exciting than the book itself. It was very tame and sweet I like my alpha males beast was not what I expected and shayna was a little uptight.

Loved the Beast!
Great book with a lot of action. Great H/ h combo and the writing, plot and HEA were just right. I plan to read more by this author. I highly recommend this book as a great read. SQ

While I really enjoyed the connection the H and h shared the book was pretty boring nothing exciting to speak of.

Interesting but his actions at the beginning just made me not like him. I hate detailed sex scenes with OW. The rest of the book was good though. Just a personal preference for me.

A little MC life mixed in with a great Vegas plot line. Huge card tournament in which there is a little be hind the scenes blackmailing going on.
