I only flipped through this book. For the record, her calligraphy is a little crude (she stresses that the alphabets were executed without corrections, but the edges are ragged and her Rustic has a slight bulge instead of a skirt). But she is surprisingly good on history, e.g. ductus and historical development of letterforms. And of course she has strange ideas about Chinese/Japanese ink - I think she referred to Chinese sumi ink! - but I suppose she was writing a while ago.
