These were decent stories, but they didn't blow my socks off.
The stories were a little cookie cutter; Sexy bear shifter/fire fighters and little lady type heroines. I enjoyed the community dynamic, but really felt like I was reading 3 versions of the same story with different names and slightly different scenarios.
My biggest issue was the editing - there were just too many small errors sprinkled throughout the box set.

Well I thoroughly enjoyed the first book, it was really good! The other books in the series just didn't do it for me though. Brock pissed me off and Nash was immature.

BAD BOY FIRE BEAR
This story is honestly an amazing rendition of a good guy with a horrible reputation, falling and trying to save a damsel in distress. Joleen has had a awful time with her boyfriend who she wanted to be her ex... The man Cole is a horrible man, a nightmare, a monster...he hits her for fun or just about anything. Joleen is saving to get away from him but sometimes things happen. The bad boy bear is Jax, a farmer work hand and a volunteer firefighter who yes has a many choice of women, but that doesn't mean he is a man whore or heartless. He can't seem to get her off his mind and wants her to be safe. While he is trying to figure things out with her an arse is playing the fields burning buildings down. There's danger and tears but most of all there is hope/love at the end of the road. What is to become of Jax and Joleen? Can she get rid of Cole? Who is the arsonist? And why the fires? It's a great read....
ALPHA FIRE BEAR
Second book but omg it's good. Normally you see authors lose some of the story when they have a second book but honestly this book can be read alone and not part of the series it's that good.... Me well I love it in the series because I can't get enough of these insanely gorgeous and brave firefighters who happen to be bears too. I will not lie, like I said you would be missing a great story if you didn't read it. The adventures and the emotions and most importantly the hope of a future is off the crazy good. Brock is the lieutenant for the fire department and also the head of the bear group. He is confident in everything he does but when it comes to Sky he is a mess. The story goes from here to there with easy flow but ultimately will he take the fall and commit to Sky and tell her about his bear? Or will he push her away?
Sky is a beautiful waitress we met in book one but nevertheless just as strong. She loves Brock but he drives her crazy. The hot and cold between them is truly getting to her. When is he finally going to step up and be the strong determined man she knows. What is he hiding? Now there's some other guy trying to show her that he has time for her, but sometimes the simple isn't always better. What is this new guy really like? Will she continue to wait for Brock or the mystery man the better choice? Read and find out...
BAD BOY REBEL BEAR
Oh wow even though we have been introduced to these characters before you get to experience them on a grander scale. like I said it's amazing. Nash is known as bad boy player who gets hurt a lot..or is it just a ruse to get nurse Tess to kiss his boo boos? Well we all know the answer to that one... Something about Tess calls to him and more importantly to his bear. But there are too many secrets building a wall between them. Tess is a beautiful burn unit nurse who also is provides for her brothers. She can seem to resist Nash no matter how much she tried. So finally giving in blows her away. She has always known since meeting him that he was it for her but does he think the same or is she just a challenge. Secret have a way of coming out even when you try to hide them. But we all know his secret what is hers? Will it drive them apart or closer? How will her brothers react? Read and find out....
While each story can be read alone the adventures grow to epic portions when read as a whole. It's like getting breakfast,lunch and then dinner with the longing for dessert..hint hint lol I want more...I was given each book in exchange for an honest review and now that the set is here I say don't second guess yourself get it..

All of the stories end in an HEA, but certain situations and themes carry through all three of the stories and do not come to a conclusion. These stories can be read as stand alones, but the stories in each continue and the reader will enjoy the whole world of these fire fighters if the books are read in order.
>Bad Boy Fire Bear is about volunteer firefighter, Jax and his crush on a waitress at his favorite bar. Joleen is in an abusive situation and once Jax figures all that out, he turns very alpha and protective on her. I love his protective side and how Joleen learns to trust and love again. This story introduces the gang of bear shifter firemen. The reader gets a peek into their differing personalities. There is a sinister character that implies he knows about the shifters, but no one can figure out who he is.
>Alpha Fire Bear is about the pack alpha, Brock and his on again/ off again relationship with waitress, Sky. Brock is afraid to commit to a woman he can’t share his secret with. All of the shifters keep what they are secret. There are a lot of ride-alongs with the crew as they travel to fires and accidents. Brock’s backstory is told and his fear of discovery is explained using the very funny and bright shifter gorilla. There is a drug king pin in this story, one who happens to have taken a liking to Sky. This man is not what he seems and is never caught – a loose end for another day. The shifter’s healing ability is really highlighted in this story.
>Bad Boy Rebel Bear is about Nash and his crush on trauma nurse, Tess. This story was the funniest of the three. Nash kept burning himself, mostly on purpose, in order to see Tess. Once they start a relationship, there is a bit on angst regarding Tess’ responsibilities to her brothers and Nash’s misunderstanding about them. I enjoyed the realistic view into the fire fighting and rescue operations. The difference in the personalities between each of the shifters and their bear counterparts are fun to see also. I didn’t buy how Tess figured out Nash was a shifter. She was way too calm and her reasons a little far-fetched.
>The only character that is left without his own story is Toby. He is already married, but seemingly not very happy. No explanation is given really. A lot is made out of the fact that bear shifters are almost sterile. I would love to see one of the group get pregnant. The loose ends of the meth king, the sinister man and secret government conspiracies are waiting for future books to be addressed. The stories are fun reads and I’d love to get more from this group of shifters.

DNF - I don't care to read stories where the H and h spend most of the time apart or fighting for stupid reasons. Forced myself to finish the first story. Started the 2nd story and by chapter 10 the main characters were following the same path. The writing was good, although I felt like the author either wasn't consistent with the shifter aspect or made something up at the last minute to justify what she just wrote. I had a lot of "what the hell just happened" or "where did that come from" moments.

In this set, you have hot firefighters that are also sexy bear shifters. All three books are well written with a great story, lots of action, and sizzling hot sex scenes. Each if the books was hard to put down, so by buying them as a set, you do not have to wait to read the next book, you get to just keep reading. All three books are wonderful!

Ok so first I liked the story line but it ended with lots of cliffhangers. Brock looking into meth drug load but no outcome. And what about the stranger from Jax's book??? I tried to look for other books in the series maybe coming soon but found no info. Please help because I'd like to know the rest of the story.

Great books
However, there were not "real happy endings" to the books. I believe it is that way so the author can add more books later. There were a great start. I now have to add Bella Love-Wins to by list of authors to watch.

Really enjoyed the series. The boys are not so bad, though they are Smokin hot!
Each story has a subtle story line that links them together, the woman that turned them and their desire to help others by fighting fires.

Ok books
I got to the end of the 3 books and even though each book was a stand alone one mystery still is not solved and left me hanging. This in my opinion is a cliffhanger.
