Интересна книга, лесна и приятна за четене и същевременно дава добри идеи. Не казвам, че е блестяща, защото по-голяма част от нейното съдържание е общо по своя характер. Все пак дава храна за размисъл. Интересното е, че автора говори само за принципа печалба-печалба, т.е. двете страни да спечелят от преговорите. Акцентира на положителното във взаимоотношението. Определно е книга, на която си струва да се обърне внимание.

Very pratical advise. We sometimes as leaders or coaches takes by getting things done for granted. This book made me aware that people are sensitive and vulnerable. By having the right approach, achieving the goal or objective is possible.
