About The Author. Gaurav Dashputra finished his medical education from Dr.D.Y.Patil University in Navi Mumbai. Originally from Nagpur where he finished his schooling, he now lives in Mumbai where he plans to settle down. But most of the odds are against that. And Then It Rained…was his debut novel published as a paperback in India. He has now started work on a Spy fiction series with the first book scheduled to release soon. He has written two plays for his college festival and is gifted with a great sense of humor and wit which has always helped him be crowd pleaser. Gaurav loves to swim and was a national gold medalist in his school days. He is a huge foodie and loves to eat.
