No matter how old having fun is great.
Sometimes when children grew up they think playing with their younger siblings is for baby's but after they realize that at any age they can have fun.

Needs improvement.
Two reasons for the 2 stars:
-Certain things were repetitive. It took away from the story.
-The illustrations were small and not that creative.

This is a cute little story about Crabby the Crab. He learns to enjoy playing with his little sisters, even though he is the big brother. It has a good message for getting along with siblings.

It's a neat little story. Crabby, the big brother crab, doesn't want to play with his little sisters because he is a "big crab' now. One of the little crab sisters is "the bigger crab" and helps him to overcome his issues.
A nice but not extraordinary story. Unfortunately, the book did not mention the name of the artist. The watercolor pictures are extraordinary enchanting. I'd love to see this book turned into a real picture book with whole page illustrations.

Wouldn't recommend
Grammar errors on every page. Reading "Crabby the Crab" every other sentence is repetitive. There wasn't much to the story, my kids weren't into it.

Cute story
Cute story well written. Crabby feels like now that he’s a big boy - that he can’t play with his younger siblings. He learns that he can be grown up and still have fun with his siblings

A cute little book about a crab who thinks he is all grown up. He thinks he is too old to play with his sisters. He considers them babies. He goes to pick them up where they are playing with friends. They show him several wonderful things. Can they convince him that he is never to big to play with them?

My children love these little books. They thoroughly enjoy each and every story, as if they are all unique and individual without any cause for similarity among them. Even though sometimes, they might seem tedious and repetitive to me as a parent, I do enjoy being able to read short-stories to my children that are clean and respective.

Cute Story
Book is cute, and has a good lesson for kids to learn.
The ''About The Author" part was just about impossible to read though, and didn't fully make sense. Looks like only the story was edited/checked for errors.

Crabs Have Feelings Too 🦀
In this book, feelings of age-triggered jealousy seek to find a resolution, as the oldest sibling of a crustacean family tries to come to terms with happily accepting the company of his younger sisters. Crabs, birds, and swans coexist together peacefully throughout the tale, and the story has a happy conclusion, despite feeling somewhat abrupt. The moral of kind acceptance is well supported, but a few grammatical and typographical errors are present. For a very short story, the words “Crabby the Crab” are mentioned 25 separate times over a span of just 11 pages, so they quickly become repetitive throughout the dialogue. While kids will love encountering mentions of flowers and ice cream, I’d suspect most of them would have no clue what an “old mooring bollard” is. The watercolor illustrations are whimsical and pretty, and a link is provided that gives readers access to a free coloring book. All in all, it’s a brightly colored, brief exploration into some episodes of sibling rivalry, but I feel there is room for developed improvement. I did, however, appreciate seeing a maze puzzle, a word-search grid, and a collection of other jokes and games at the end of the story, so I hope this crab inspires others to enjoy life as much as possible!

As an eBook format, Crabby the Crab is picture book and it’s good for beginner early Readers;3-6 years old children. The story is Crabby the Crab told his mother that he doesn’t want to play with his little sisters anymore because he is big and are boring little babies. As a mommy advice, big brother and his little sisters starts to adventure and deliver an important moral and message to both older and younger children while providing entertainment for the whole family. Crabs, birds, and swans coexist together peacefully throughout the tale, and the story has a happy conclusion, despite feeling somewhat abrupt. Based on the white background, illustration is a bright and soft watercolor, so it made peaceful and warm feeling. Text style is basic, it’s very simple. I think a few grammatical and typographical errors are present, but it’s a very short story; the words “Crabby the Crab” are mentioned 25 separate times over a span of just 11 pages, so they quickly become repetitive throughout the dialogue, and can enjoy lots of activities; maze puzzle, a word-search grid, and a collection of other jokes and games at the end of the story, so I hope this crab inspires others to enjoy life as much as possible. This book is right here to help siblings show them joys of playing together, so it’s a great for read aloud at home, before bedtime or as a part of your family time.

Summary:
Crabby the Crab is a big crab now. He is the big crab to his three younger sisters and he just views them as little babies. Since Crabby the Crab is the big crab he tells himself and others that he's not going to play with his little sisters. When Crabby the Crab goes to pick up his sisters from the baby sitters he runs into the temptations of his sisters asking him to play with them. Does he end up caving in and playing with them or does he stick to his big brother persona? This book is a great book at describing the challenges with having siblings and the jealousy it can bring out in those children.
Activity:
What do you think are some responsibilities that older siblings have to do for their younger siblings? Draw a picture of an older brother or sister showing these responsibilities. Then underneath write 2 to 3 sentences describing what those older brothers and sisters are doing.

Ever get jealous of your attention sponging younger siblings?
Crabby has three little sisters to contend with.
He uses bravado by saying that he is too big to play with them.
Simply being in their presence, he realizes how much fun there is to play.
No matter how old one gets, remember to have fun.
Soft pastel art is likable and easy on the eyes.
The games, puzzles, and jokes in the back of the book do not coincide with the story.
One game doesn't have apparent instructions.
The jokes are in poor taste for young children.

So I bought a few ebooks for my little one so that when I have the Kindle with me, she could also read something.
This one was OK. On my Kindle, the pics were very small, but nevertheless at least the crab could be seen. The plot wasn't bad, although the writing was poor, but never mind, I read better sentences than the ones on the page.

Fun Story For Kids
My son had a blast reading this book. While he may be an only child, he can take the lessons from this book and apply them to friendships he will be making as he gets older. This is a beautiful reminder that you can always have with your younger siblings/cousins/friends no matter how old you get.

Sweet Reading
My grandson doesn't read yet, but he loves books at bedtime. We both enjoyed this well-told story with its softly colored illustrations. The story was perfect for his age because he says he is big now, too. It was good for him to hear that being big doesn't mean you have to completely give up having fun and companionship with younger kids.

It is cute for a baby book
It is cute for a baby book but even a beginner reader would be so confused by this book. I also think it’s kind of funny there is just as much games/puzzles/activities as there was writing which I think is cool but if I was a beginner reader I would be highly confused.

A cute story that reinforces a good lesson
The writing was clear and easy for a four year old to follow. The illustrations were a little to abstract for him to easily understand what was going on in them without explanation, but they looked nice.

This is a cute story that can help children to understand that just because you are growing up it doesn't mean that you are too big to play with younger kids. Crabby feels he is too big to play with his younger smaller sisters. But as time goes by he comes around to playing with them.

A young crab learns he's not too "grown up" to join his younger siblings in fun and games.
This one suffers from many of the same problems as others in Kindle's free ebook collection...but I will say it's an improvement on most of those. At least the story, characters, and message are clear.
